I hired ***** to inst. roof with ridge cap, fascia, cut hole in the wall for a/c to go in & cut a hole for pet door, finish siding barn w/ vinyl siding & install a door. 1st all went smooth, he did the vinyl siding except one side & cut hole for pet door. Inst. the sliding door and the metal roof. The ridge cap wasn’t installed, then he installed it about 3/4 of the way. Then put something up not the color of the roof or rest of ridge cap and claimed it was just dirt and would come off. Well, why wouldn’t he clean it before installing it? My a/c unit came in and he installed that, gaps all around it leaving it to look sloppy and like he rushed to put it in. The vinyl siding around the pet door had a gaping hole. Distasteful workmanship. Then the 2x4 keeping my shelter next to barn secure he cut a foot or so of that off to hold a/c up on inside and nailed the rest of 2x4 into the barn into vinyl siding to secure shelter yet it was not to the ground like he found it. He said oh I didn’t know it was to the ground. The fascia he put on was not nailed on one corner so one good gust of wind will rip that right off. Basically the workmanship was rushed and sloppy. He brought his wife/girlfriend with him and at one point I watched them both on camera go through my belongings outside of my larger barn helping themselves to miscellaneous items. When I came home I said something to him that I saw them both and he barely looked at me. Then he proceeded to tell me his truck was broke down and asked if he could leave it till the next day. I said it was fine. Next day he comes and left sloppy work that is embarrassing to have. He drove off in what he claims was the “broke down truck” with no problem. I was trying to have a better look on the barn hence why I hired him. Clearly he takes zero pride in his workmanship. I asked him would you leave your place looking like that? He said my place is a mess, I said I paid you though. Cigarette butts all around too, just nasty.

We told her we would come fix any problems she had. She became irrational. As far as us taking something that didn't belong to us, we have the text messages stating the stuff was given to us. This was one of the worst customers to ever work with. Seeking legal advice on this due to all the lies being told by customer.

?? irrational?? If you want QUALITY WORK, stay clear of this individual. I’ll be the one taking legal action to rectify this entire matter. Last time I checked You were hired by me and You didn’t like that I didn’t like your sloppy work. You didn’t want to make a handful of things right that were not done properly or like you claimed and that YOU left looking awful. instead of working like you shoulda been on what you were hired to do, you were rummaging through my belongings the entire time here that day and taking what you wanted. I wasn’t paying you for that,& You were NOT hired for that. You were suppose to have been WORKING. You KNEW EXACTLY what you were doing that day including taking a picture of the backside of barn instead of showing the ridgecap on the front of barn. I’d be embarrassed to look at myself in the mirror pulling stunts like you did with this job and if me wanting quality of work is being irrational your in the wrong line of business. Definitely not a people person or customer service oriented. I’m embarrassed for ever hiring you.
