This place is full of crooks. I was charged close to 1k for brake job; calipers rotors and pads. I was in desperate need so I went ahead and had them fix everything. After a few days, my brakes begin to make a high pitch sound. I called to get them checked out **** was not available at the time. So I had to ride around ********* with my 1k brake job squealing all up and down 85. When I finally got information the store was open Bill the Expert and retired technicians fixed my brakes. He explained that he used the "TOP OF THE LINE PADS", this was a clear indication that he used cheap pads initianally. Again only after a few days I began to hear a bump in my diver side wheel. Thinking I had a flat I pulled into a tire shop to have my tire checked. The knowledgeable and honest Owner at Mr **** *********** explained to me that whoever has been taking the tires on/off has stripped the stems and forced your lugs on to secure your tire. He went on to explain that this was DANGEROUS and YOUR TIRE COULD HAVE COME OFF WHILE YOU WERE DRIVING. After this discovery, I reached out to corporate. ****** the investigator researched my request. After submitting appropriate documents, pictures and videos they declined my claim. The reason it was denied was because **** the Expert says that the damage was already there. When I reached out to the center Bill the Expert did not take any of my calls but his handy assistant **** the Daycare Owner/ Customer Service Rep/ I can not do anything beyond my scope answered his phone and when asked the same question he said he thought i knew. Please take your vehicle elsewhere. They took a chance on my family that could have resulted in them burying 4 ppl, and they crooks too!!

Took my truck into brakes for less on *************** in *********. The brakes were locking up after a day they worked on it on the way home they were still walking up. Now they're saying it's not their fault they're messed up when I brought it in. I know they were messed up when I brought it in $750 later they're doing the same thing they locked up and I run off the roads. She called their complaint department and they side with Bill the owner operator of the store. Do not go there do not go would like to read it with no stars but you have to put at least one star in for this to work.
