He did a job and did not complete the job his work is very shady and when you call him to contact to fix it because it's under warranty he gives you the runaround every single time so what does that tell you I paid for and some change under warranty but you can never do the job or completed very poor customer serviceInitial Complaint

On 9/9/21 I went to Ray's tint shop to get tint removed from my front windows to which he completed no problem. I came back the next day 9/10/21 to have my new tint put on. When I showed up we went over what was going to happen and he even mentioned to me, "you want the windshield tinted as well? No one really does the eyebrow strip (what I had previously) anymore they get the full windshield done and its looks good". So I agreed to the windshield and the two front windows being done but he never said one thing about water getting behind my dash or any risks having the windshield completed. I also NEVER signed anything saying there were risks or potential for damage holding me liable. While in the waiting area I heard the car horn go off which is strange because another lady was there having her car done and she looked at me, "well that's either my car or yours". Then they told me to come in the back and basically what happened was water had gotten in behind the dash causing my horn to go off and my exterior/interior lights to flash. An hour goes by of them trying to vacuum water from the dash and let it dry in the sun. The horn stopped and the lights finally stopped flashing but they were still a few electrical issues saying the hood was open when it wasn't, remote start not functioning etc. Ray told me wait to a few days here is my personal number and let me know if it doesn't improve. A couple days go by and I come out to my car where I live and the whole car was dead I couldn't even unlock the door. I let Ray know thru texts of the issues. I took it to ******** to get it fixed and they found an electrical part that needed replacing from the water damage. Bottom line Ray runs this business and my car was damaged. I told him I would accept the $287 as refund and we would be square. He still hasn't paid me after I've gone to his shop to get refunded in person. We also live in the same building (he knows that too). Its been 8 months! I need resolution ASAP!
