      If I was able to give negative stars I would definitely rate them at *****! If you want to get your work done in a timely fashion and by professional, please do not go with this company. I had the misfortune of dealing with **** Davis. My bathroom project started in August 2021 and it never got completed. Management is not responsive even at cooperate level! They will schedule appointments and would not show up. Management will not take responsibilities for their craftsman not showing up to scheduled appointments . In addition craftsmanship is below average. The work that they did compete is falling apart within 2 months of completion! It has been an utter nightmare dealing with this company- something I would not even wish upon my worse enemy! By all means avoid going with the company - would be better off doing the project yourself EVEN if you dont know how to do it. This company charges premium to deliver below average industry standard work. I adding few pictures to show the work they have done for me!

      *****,It is very sad that you would disparage my company and my team. Your entire bathroom floor was rotten and it all had to be re-framed. We passed our framing inspection with the county. This type of loss is not usually covered by insurance. We were able to get it approved under your policy. I had a project manager (your first one) that left our employment and our office made every effort to finish the work. I apologize that incident happened but can't turn back the clock. You called to blame us for your HVAC going out when we had nothing to do with that Incident. You called to blame us for the bathtub that you purchased from ****** that was malfunctioning, which was not our fault. I had to pay a plumber on three separate occasions at our cost to try to remedy the situation. I paid an electrician three separate times to remedy the issue with the bathtub at our cost. Any and all issues that came up with the trim, paint and tile were all corrected. We had to remove the tile from the front of the tub so there was access to the module for the malfunctioning bathtub at our cost. I ordered another $700 worth of tile at our cost to replace once the tub was repaired. I still have the tile to finish the bathroom in my warehouse. We were not responsible for the tub that you ordered and we installed that had a module that was defective. The new vanity you ordered did not fit in the space where the custom cabinets were before. Your insurance company approved for us to detach and reset the old cabinets at around $600. When I sent you an invoice for 12k for the balance of the approved insurance estimate you refused to speak with me further and called our Franchisor. I wish we could have worked this out but you refused.If you would like to discuss I would be happy to arrange a time to meet you and address any concerns and find a resolution. We cannot warranty work that we have not been paid for and have bent over backwards trying to finish the job. Work with us to get your project finished! Regards,*****
