      If you advocate for yourself or find something that the doctor does wrong, dont let them know they will fire you from the practice youre not allowed to advocate for yourself. my doctor admitted she didnt read the bloodwork which has led me to now have to go to an oncologist. They wouldnt allow me to make my own dermatology appointment, but then they never got me the referral. I was given medicine for years that didnt help. When I spoke up about the blood work that got overlooked, the referral that never got filed and the meds that were not helping they fired me from the practice, so you just need to do what they say dont advocate for yourself and if you do you risk being dismissed. They did offer 30 days care in case of an emergency, but one of my meds are running out, and the doctor notes are not correct they reflect, for her memory reflects that I came off the meds which I did not I had to come off another one. In fact, ask the doctor to help me come off of it and she now has it confused with the one that I need good luck if he chooses practice could result in you having to spend lots of money at an oncologist or no access to your meds

      I went to the endocrinologist after I had my second baby and could tell things were off with my body. Started off with him asking about my kids and seeming shocked about how big they were when they were born (9 lbs). After spending 30 minutes asking me questions about my working out and eating habits, he basically sent me to get labs drawn and told me unless I wanted to try weight loss pills he could not help me. Now hes charging me around 300 dollars for the visit. I will never use this practice again. I am so mad and upset

      Tryon Medical Partners and Doctor ****** failure to comuncate to the patient about coverage of insurance. Also, the doctor charged additional for questions that he asked the patient. So that would not be included in the physical check up. Very bad customer service, also ask for resolution with billing and they basically told me that the doctor can do wherever he wants and is my responsibility to ask if there is an additional charge for everything I say! It sounds that you need to be careful for every word you say! They even charged me for REFILL my medicine!!! And on top of that, they charged for the blood tests that my insurance do not cover without even asking me if I approve that!!! It looks that they can scam and still patients money and nobody can do anything about it. How can you Trust your Life to a doctor like this?

      Reading the review from Oct 2021 just solidifies my belief that their billing department is incompetent. I went for a colonoscopy on 1/31/22 and received notices that two bills had been paid by my insurance company but there was a third **** that was still owed and the insurance denied. It turns out that they do **** for a "facilities fee" and doctor's services separately. I have never seen that before and it doesn't make sense to me but my insurance company is not paying for the third **** as of now. I had a dermatologist appointment in February and they made a comment about the unpaid **** and I told them I had sent a message through the patient portal but had not heard back. This was on 2/18/22 and the person told me they would make a note to make sure billing department got in touch with me. I just received a patient portal message yesterday, 3/16/22, that they were discussing the **** with my insurance company. Then starting at 5:30 this morning I've received seven emails regarding the **** and changes I made so that I would stop receiving emails at 5:30 in the morning. A copay was owed for the dermatologist and I sent a check on 2/28/22 and it cleared my account on 3/9/22. It is still showing that I owe it. I will no longer be using Tryon Medical Partners for my healthcare.
