The staff and management are accessible, very helpful and professional. If there is a problem/situation they very quick to resolve things. Rooms are clean, & beds are cozy. The morning goodies are tasty & convenient. Also the location is centrally located. There are shops & restaurants near by. For those that don't have personal transportation, you are just two steps from the public rail system. Overall it's been a nice experience and let's do it again soon! : )Review from Earnest J

Property is old, they Charge you extra for everything, the Price is decent but Marriott has newer properties with cooking *************** dont have to ask/pay. Everything isnin your room already. **************** is better as well in *** *********************** the staff is nicer & real Breakfast is included. Great staff and reasonably priced. This is a basic hotel that you can tell works hard to keep the rooms clean. The breakfast is very light: Coffee, Nutri Grain Bar, Blueberry Muffin, Oatmeal single serving packet. Enjoy the savings!Review from mike s

In the beginning it was tough, I talked to the manager she took care of the problems with the help of the home office. We ended up staying about three months. With the storm that came through make hectic for the staff. They worked hard to please all the guests. The manager she worked with her staff getting things done. She was very short on staff but they made it work.Thanks to the staff ????????Review from Matthew D

They kept going up on the price. They had a new guy that was trained had no clue what he was doing. The hot water when u toke a shower was not hot. The hotel smelled like Marijuana. The front desk clerk will was great. He was very helpful with anything I needed. The hall ways smelled like urain from a animal. Half of the *************** did not work majority of the time...the toilet handle sticker all the time. When you turned the shower off the water still dripped.Review from Susan N

The entire staff including office personnel, housekeeping and maintenance were wonderful very attentive to my needs The rooms could use some updating to make the property more competitive with newer options available in the area particularly the bathroom and kitchen areas
