Held Drivers and Renter policy through this agency for a few years and when i tried to cancel my policy was given the run around. I sent emails and called the office a few times and the people who would answer the phone couldn't help and informed me that I had to talk to Jesse but he was always unavailable. I went ahead and purchased a new policy with another provider in spite of not beaing able to speak to Jesse. When I finally got to speak to Jesse he was rude when I repeatedly explained that all i needed was to cancel my driver policy. He later took it upon himself to cancel both of our policies. We recently received a collection notice about said cancelled policy. He hit us with fees as retaliation. Don't ever use him as an agent.

Allstate hires people who dont know how their own system and coverages work. I bought a rental insurance policy, and when I asked what the policy covered, I had to speak to 4 customer service representatives, and none of them could give me an answer. Then, I called the agent and the secretaries, who I believe dont even have licenses because they also dont know how the policies work, started contradicting each other. They made me waste days trying to figure it out, to the point where one of the secretaries said that agencies probably have different information than customer service. In the end, when I got frustrated because they couldnt give me the information I needed, they connected me to the agency owner, and the situation got worse. When I confronted him with the fact that they are not professionals and that his secretaries contradict each other, he hung up the phone. I hope that someday the committee that grants agent licenses requires them to take professional ethics courses. The owner was rude, has no knowledge of what hes talking about, and is the worst insurance agent *** ever had to deal with in my life. Furthermore, one of the secretaries tried to downplay my concerns because I have a rental policy and not a homeowners policy. She also mentioned that with how cheap the policies are, we shouldnt expect any coverage.The whole conversation was quite indescribable.
