  *************************** (listed as co-owner / operator) was paid in cash to level the floors of our home and to install a sump pump to drain water away from our foundation. After showing up multiple times clearly intoxicated and his helper smelling of marijuana, our floors are now splitting down the middle of the home and the walls are cracking from not being level. We had a professional come out and we were advised a sump pump was never installed. It will cost roughly $8500 to have the correct work completed. *************** will not return calls nor will he make the job right.

  With all due respect maam . We have never taken more than 5k from any customer in a 4 year of being in business. And I do mean WE HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER! As for the address, out of 670 customers there isnt one proposal that has ever been issued for a *********************. I do have the address in the system under for a ************** that does a lot of rentals. Which all proposal are signed and dated weeks before any crew comes out and starts any work. ************** the ***** of the property decided not to have those repairs done and wished for them to be taken out of the proposal before he signed it. And thats what happened and I take it he didnt notify his tenants that they werent in fact getting a drainage solution, which he has the right to do so. Hes the ***** OF THE PROPERTY. We do keep all documents from every customer. ************** payment was made by check which was deposited into the business account of Mr. ********************************************** ************** was notified that additional work would be needed due to other areas of damage. Which we having documentation that **************** has spoken to the owner on several occasions. As well as of today and he has no knowledge of this complaint and wish to get the other repairs after hes saved for a few. Because the tenants arent paying rent so hes having to pay for the repairs out of his own pockets. And I must say from the moment my guys got there it smelled of weed and after doing our investigation today we see why . Her entire social media is about smoking marijuana . I do have all documents on hand, the signed proposal which clearly doesnt have any drainage sump pump or anything on it . Signed by the owner and all other documentation.
