I purchased from this company and paid for express delivery. The product was shipped and *** lost it. A claim was filed with *** and approved. The company doesnt provide a phone number. The company only replies by email. Sometimes not at all or not until 11:00 at night. They are refusing to communicate with me and issue a refund for the product I never received. I do not and will not support a business that treats their customers last. I was told I had to wait until an investigation was done... its done.. now they dont want to talk.Business response

We believe that ****** complaint to you is unwarranted and the best way to explain our position is to provide you with the communication. To sum up what you will read is that we responded to him in a timely manner, corporate did file a Claims Report and advised him of same. He did not accept that their is a process involved and somehow received a resolution form *** before the expected 10 - 15 window of their procedures.
We have since refunded him his full cost with Order #***** (attached).
Please let us know if you need additional information and advise the resolution to this complaint.

The companies response is telling of its self. As you can see in my original message to the company I ended with what are the next steps. They responded back with we opened an investigation with **** They didnt tell me any details of it. They didnt tell me anything besides that. Again this is a company with no phone no number. The consumer should not have been punished because of an issue with **** They should have sent out another package for what I paid for or they should have refunded me my money. The delivery should have been signed by the customer. It wasnt. The driver released it. The *** claims department specifically said that alone approves a claim and was told to them when submitted. They wanted me to wait ***** days for an answer though. Completely distasteful business practices by a MLM knockoff company created by Advocare ex reps. **** the rep I bought from said the service was wrong. I did receive a refund after having to work with *** myself while the company sat behind a computer screen vs physically taking care of their customers.Customer response

I did give **** a call during this process. He advised me both on the phone and via text that P8 did not s**** up his order. He simply was upset that he would have to wait for an investigation to be completed by *** to get his order. I did agree that it was disappointing that he had to wait through that process, but he advised he also understood it was the process and he could understand that.
At no time did I advise a disgust or disappointment in our company, P8.
