      Laurie Burns just now HORRIBLE! DM KIA completed an ILLEGAL sale of a brand new 2023 Kia Soul to me. Purchased vehicle in December 2023. The vehicle sale was illegal because it was sold to me with a "dangerous tire". The right rear tire had a plug on the interior sidewall! Who did the state inspection on this car? Who did the pre-delivery inspection on this car? Do they have still have a job? Yes, I didn't discover it until 8 1/2 months later. it is by the grace of God and guardian angels that this tire hasn't exploded and caused serious damage/death. The Dealership put a "new" tire on it yesterday. I waited for hours and hours and hours for this to be done. I didn't get 2/3 of the way home before that tire (right rear/the new one ) started going flat. I was assured by the dealership that I would receive a phone call this morning. I did not. I called the dealership at 2:30 today. They said that they were sending a tow truck to get my car. At 4:30 they called me back to tell me a tow truck wouldn't be here till tomorrow. They refuse to give me something to drive while they have my car. I have never dealt with a car dealership that had this type of "customer service". If Customer service, courtesy vehicles and a competent Service Department is important to you, go elsewhere.

      DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!We bought a *** ******** X-line, 13 months ago from this dealership. A month ago, the ** stopped working, mid July. First, we have to wait almost two weeks for an appointment, then we have to wait 2 days for them to tell us the refridgerant was low, and found no leaks after a vacuum test. We went to pick the car up afterhours and drove it home with no **. Next day, they tell us to bring it back. The one thing that was positive, was they gave us a loaner... or should I say rental from Enterprise that stunk like someone was living in it.After almost 3 weeks of no follow *** and nothing productive when we called, other than "we have cars that have been here for over 2 months" we finally picked it up and took it somewhere else. Not even a hint of an apology out of them, except "I completely understand." from the service advisor. The service manager just looked at me like he wanted me out of there as quickly as possible.We took it to Union County *** the following day. Within 24 hours, they called to inform us that the compressor is bad and *** has approved a warranty replacement.

      Leaving this for the misleading advertisement that they sent to so many people. I had a card the said I won $5k and called the number on the card which said I was a winner. I got there and they got our information then took us to a board and showed us that our numbers didnt match. It was super deceiving and scammy

Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls, I have consistently encountered unanswered calls and a complete lack of follow-up. This disregard for communication not only reflects poorly on your dealership's professionalism but also leaves customers feeling neglected and frustrated.Furthermore, I recently had my vehicle serviced at your dealership for an engine replacement. Regrettably, the replacement was improperly executed, resulting in further complications and inconvenience. As a customer entrusting my vehicle to your dealership's expertise, I expected a seamless and competent engine replacement. However, the subpar workmanship demonstrated by your technicians has not only compromised the performance of my vehicle but has also raised serious concerns about the quality of service provided by your establishment.Additionally, the lack of proactive communication regarding updates on my vehicle is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expect to be kept informed about the status of my vehicle and any developments concerning repairs or servicing.       I purchased a 2018 *** ***** and absolutely loved my car. It was stolen at the beginning of July 2023 due to the Tik Tok challenge. My car has been found and towed to *** on ********** in Charlotte **. I cannot believe they do not offer loaner vehicles to their customers in this situation. I haven't been able to contact the manager at the dealership, as he hasn't called back. I am on the verge of losing everything because I am unable to get to work. What does a person do when nobody has answers. Who helps in this situation. Does someone's mental health not play a factor? *** ******

      I regret buying my car from this place 6 months ago. For one, the customer service is horrible and the employees are lazy. I started having car trouble a week after I brought the car. Went to service to get a simple oil change and see why my car was making strange noises and they suggested that I go to another *** in Gastonia even though I brought the car from them. I also made an appointment in April 2022 with them because I can hear grinding with the brakes and other parts of the car. Just to be told that there was NOTHING wrong with my car. At the beginning of May, the car was jerking and wanting to turn off on my way to work, so I took it back and the guy in service said I should just leave it there and he will call me an uber. So inconsiderate. He just knew it was the engine (without doing any diagnosis on my car). I found out that the car had a recall on it. Thank you ***** that I have a warrant that covers the repairs, but they are dragging their feet to fix my car. It has been several weeks since I took my car to be serviced and they keep giving me the run-around and have not given me an update about my car in the weeks. Then the stupid part is that they called me to see about a "routine" oil change and my car is in their shop!!!! I don't need an oil change either. I DO NOT TRUST them. I will never support this COMPANY ***** as a whole again.

      I purchased a used 2017 **** F150 from Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte. The truck was delivered and after it was delivered I noticed that one of the tires had a rip in the sidewall and was not holding air. Also, when I drove it I noticed the front and was making a loud noise so I brought it to the local **** dealer for inspection. After inspection they called me and said I need left and a right front wheel bearings and left and right front IWEs and a check valve. They also recommended to get four tires since they were all worn unevenly. I called the dealership many times and also emailed them with no response. I finally got one of the managers on the phone and he told me there was nothing they could do it passed inspection and was sold as is. I purchased this vehicle from a dealer and not a private sale so I would have some type of recourse. Dont buy vehicle from this company as her a bunch of crooks and do not stand behind the vehicles they sell.

      ****************** contacted us the first week of January 2022 with an inquiry on the 2017 **** F150 we had available for purchase. He stated he wanted to purchase the vehicle and then transport it to the Bahamas. We answered all of his questions and provided him with images of the vehicle aside from the images that were available on our website (our site has an average of 16 images of each used vehicle available for the customer to browse). ****************** even decided to compare the taxes of ************** to ******* (he had established residence in both states) and we provided two separate breakdowns of the out the door numbers on the F150. When we eventually came to an agreement on numbers, Dutch Miller Kia sent two of our delivery drivers to the ** coast (approx. 190 miles one way) to deliver the F150. Wed also like to add that Dutch Miller Kia inspects every pre-owned vehicle on our lot before being listed for sale to ensure not only ** ****** inspection standards, but Kia ****** standards as well. The 2017 **** F150 passed both of these inspections. Upon delivery, ****************** inspected the vehicle and then signed all documents necessary to complete the transaction, including the as is buyers order as well as a copy of the F150s history via Carfax. The following morning (Sunday 1/9) ****************** sent an email to our Finance Manager expressing concerns pertaining to the F150 delivered. Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is closed on Sundays, so this issue was not addressed until Monday (1/10). He spoke with one of our Sales Managers and they explained that the vehicle was purchased as is, but they would still communicate his concerns with our GM. Our GM gave ****************** the option to return the vehicle and receive a refund. Our Finance Manager communicated this to **************** and **************** communicated back in said email that he was keeping the truck. We take customer service very seriously at ********************** and apologize for any inconvenience ****************** feels he has experienced. ****************** has since decided to keep the F150 and has decided to not return the vehicle to Dutch Miller of Charlotte.

      Bought a 2018 Soul on Nov 5, 2021. Have had to call ********************** ******* twice in 2 months about cheating/fraud/incompetence.
