Options should include a 0 or -5 Star rating. I am currently disputing shady charges (2 of them made on consecutive days during the same month of the last 3 years) that I did not approve & wouldn't accept even if I liked the product. The principle of the matter is that I have no idea who they are or what services they provide; & there was no contact with me to authorize charges & there was no product received. Apparently, judging by other reviews, this is a standard practice of this entity to so this. At the very least, it is unethical & at most it is ************ should be made to reimburse everyone who has been experiencing this.

Id like to tell you something about them...anything but i have no clue who they are or why their charging my card a membership fee when i never signed up with them. I dont do memberships. Im about tipping my gair out teying to figure out a way to cancel whatever it is and get my money back. Looks lije hearst isnt accepting responsibility according to the other review on here where they say they dont gandle it and yet on my bank account it definitely says hearst. Own up hearst your underhandedly taking peoples money and you need to stop. I read somewhere that amazon is affiliated with them...if this is true shame on amazon..mi **** my money back hearst and keep yoyr grubby sneaky greedy hands off my bank account!Hearst Service Center Response

Hearst's system for managing magazine subscriptions is dishonest/opaque. They are charging my paypal account without identifying what exact product I am subscribed to. I have canceled all my Hearst magazine subscriptions, but I am still getting charged. There is no reason I should not be able to manage all my Hearst magazines in one place easily.Hearst Service Center Response

Our ********* offices do not directly manage the subscription platform but will be able to get you in touch with the correct people. Please give me ***** hours to have someone contact you directly about your concerns. Hopefully when this is corrected you would feel comfortable to update your review.
