I am reaching out today with a matter of grave concern. Last night, an incident transpired at Sports Bar One | Lounge that has prompted me to take formal action. I believe that my vehicle was subjected to predatory booting practices, and I am seeking clarification and resolution on this matter. Upon researching the municipal code for *********, I came across specific provisions (Sec. *****) that pertain to booting services. It is my understanding that, as a customer, I should have been provided with a receipt detailing the reasons for the $250 fee, which I did not receive. Additionally, I should have had the right to request and verify the identification of the person responsible for this action, especially given the substantial nature of the fee. The individual who booted my car may not have followed proper procedures, which could potentially be a violation of local regulations. In *********, **************, specific regulations regarding booting or immobilizing vehicles can be found in the city's Code of Ordinances. Some potential violations of local regulations related to booting in ************************* include:* Unauthorized Booting: Engaging in booting without proper authorization or licensing.* Improper Identification: Failing to display a photo identification card with the employee's picture, first name, and the name, address, and telephone number of the booting service upon request.* Excessive Fees: Charging fees for boot removal that exceed the limits set by local regulations.* Failure to Provide Receipts: Neglecting to provide a receipt to the owner or operator of the towed vehicle after payment.* Unauthorized Trespass Towing: Engaging in towing from private property without proper authorization.* Failure to Report Incidents: Neglecting to report booting incidents as required by local regulations.I am prepared to pursue this matter through appropriate legal channels to ensure a fair and just resolution. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I filed against the right business. Owner/Manager/ would not give me the towing company information and wanted me to cash app him to get boot off my car since he said he was the owner.

Hi good evening I hope this message finds ***********************. First I would like let it be know that this person was not a customer within our establishment. So for them to say they were a customer is a lie. We have security guards and camera footage to proof that this guy never put foot inside of our establishment. Our parking lot is a private parking lot provided to our customers only and he was not one of them. We have visible signs stating so which he refuse to read, because he was informed of the sign and told us he aint reading it and used a derogatory language. He parked his vehicle and went on about his business which was not inside of our establishment. For him to tell such lie is absurd and they guy is a licensed towing contractor. Here I have submitted a few messages that he sent us via our social media platform admitting he was wrong and I have included our sign which state the parking lot is for our customers only. Why would we boot our customers vehicle? Does that make any sense to you?
