Worst experience ever. If I could leave a one star I would. I sold them a vehicle and was told it would take an hour and a half and after three hours we finally got our check and our last name was wrong. The staff and the manager were very hateful, unfriendly, and unprofessional. There is multiple bad reviews online. This should not be a BBB accredited company.Review from Janet K

The complaint that was filed against ********* regarding the PermaPlate Protection is accurate. You should be able to refuse this plan but they wont sell you the vehicle. Its deceptive sales techniques. Be wary of this company. I couldnt purchase until Tuesday after the holiday and they first offered an extended warranty at the original price I was quoted and then when I said no, the sales manager called that they couldnt hold the vehicle until then. Monday is a holiday and you cant get a cashier check with the bank closed. Then he offered financing which I refused. All I can say is Gods grace saved me on this racket.Review from Samuel J

The best dealership ever. Great inventory with great prices and no pressure sales. Was able to test drive the vehicle on my own. They answered all my questions. They stand by the cars they sell and are happy to loan a car when yours is being worked on. They are most trustworthy and friendly dealership Ive ever dealt with
