I have a $8,322.55 JUDGEMENT against this poorly run roofing company.I only wish I could give it NEGATIVE stars.

Had hail damage and did not know it. Thanks to ****** who works for this company, coming by my house and asking if I had my roof checked out. So he did and I had damage. so I contacted my insurance and they checked it out and sure enough, there was damage, so they agreed to replace it and at this time I had not agreed to let Elevate Roofing do the job because I had read some reviews that was not the most up lifting for Co. I had actually voided the estimate contract because of it. So the same day I voided the contract I recieved a call frome the owner of the Co. ********, who began to assure me that his company was the right one for the job, and he gave me his personal guarantee that they would do the work and I would not have to pay a dime until I was happy with it. So what you have to understand is I did not know this guy from **** and here he was taking the time to call me because he was concerned about the reputation of his company. To be honest with you I don't know of this ever happening to me before, and I was quiet impressed. So after some prayer and discussion with ****** I decided to let them fix my roof, and I was not disappointed, they came and stripped my roof and reshingled my house and my garage, cleaned up and finished all in one day.I got 50yr warranty architect shingles, with a 5yr labor warranty, and it's the best roof I have ever had on the house ( I roofed it 2x myself because I have lived here 38yrs).I say all that to say this, Elevate Roofing is a Company that I trust and they will do what it takes to get the job done, When you call ask for ******, he's the man to help you. also they did the roof on the church across the road, and it looks great also.

Elevate Roofing and Exterior *******,** Same story as all the other bad reviews. Company never completed job and never came back to fix anything. When the company was called about job needing fixed and completed all that was told was they were owned money. They are hard to get a hold of when trying to call them. No one ever answers the phone even after leaving multiple voicemails. As can be told by other reviews it's not the first time this has happened. The company holds warranties from the customer even when they are in the wrong. Windows are broken not functioning correctly and some won't open. Worst company I've ever felt with. All I want is my home taken care of and fixed as it should be and my warranties back.

Was referred to elevate by a friend that was working for them. Had storm damage to my house in March 2021. They came out done work on my roof and my gutters. I admit the roof was completed and the gutter were not. Informed them multiple times about work not being completed and was told each time they would get to it and never did. They were also supposed to do my siding also and I went til the end of September ***************************** to say they dropped the ball and wanted to start back. I refused cause I had already had to get started with another company. They tried to say I owed them for work that wasn't completed. I then contacted the representatives I dealt with in beginning and find out they had quit due to how bad the company was to work with and how they treated customers. I simply asked the company to provide me a detailed list for all the work they (say) they did complete. The individual that contacted me had never been to my house to even know what was or wasn't done. And now it's January 2022 and they send me a **** that I owe them money. I still haven't gotten the detailed list and no one from that company even has the courage to call and speak to customers. They send emails with false information. Will never do business or refer this company to anyone

Well I was in need of a new roof months after a hail storm In **********, **. What I thought was a old roof, it was elevate that schooled me on how the hail and wind did a number on my roof. And helped me every step of the way and had my insurance company pay for it. So glad because I wouldnt have had the money to do so!!!! Thank yall Elevate Roofing for your help and your expertise!!!
