I purchased a ticket for the racing experience the end of 2022. We were never told at time of purchase that the track would be closing in 2023 for an undisclosed amount of time and that we would be unable to use the ticket we purchased.The only option this company offered me was to drive to another racetrack to use. This is not cost effective for me since the nearest racetrack is 4 hour away.I am requesting full refund as none of this was disclosed to my at time of purchase.I would never have purchased the ticket had I known the race track was closing and I would not be able to use it for who knows how many years.Business response

Hello. The customer purchased a "Dollar Amount Gift Certificate" in the amount of $300. (she shared as an attachment in original complaint). As stated in the Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions-"Gift Certificates never expire and can be used at any of our nationwide locations" and "there are no refunds for any reason". **************** has spoken with the customer over the phone and gave her the option of using this gift certificate at any of the 19 nationwide speedways offered. If she wants to use the Gift Certificate at ******************- that speedway has closed and is under construction. But the $300 Gift Certificate is still valid as it is not speedway specific. We are happy to honor the gift certificate and will. assist her with making a reservation.
