I made a purchase on 7/13 for items that were to be delivered within 6 weeks. It is 10/2, and this seller continues to say that items were delayed, or problems, or being delivered, and refuses a refund on the basis of being "a small business". I made no negative remarks, simply requested a refund on the business social media ******** page, thereafter I was promptly blocked! ****** is clearly afraid of negative feedback affecting her business, yet refuses to refund for a product that she never delivered.Business response

Hi,
This lady purchased 2 custom dresses in a Down syndrome print. They were made to order. The timeline quoted for TAT was **** weeks. The original dress the print had lines in it. They completely reprinted the dress. I communicated that the print was not perfect and it must be redone on my page. She asked for a refund by a certain date but she had already filed a chargeback with her credit card company and they took the money out of my account immediately. The dresses have been delivered to her and she has her money via her chargeback. I didnt refund because she went thru her credit card company. Plus these are custom ordered dresses we dont accept refunds.
I am disputing the chargeback. The dresses are delivered and are perfect.
She can communicate thru email if she wishes and I havent heard anything from her.
I blocked her on messenger because she was very rude when speaking to me. Instead of responding I just blocked her. She was very ugly to me. I dont accept messages on ********* They get lost and I get bombarded. I ask customers to please email me. It was best to just block her.
The dresses show delivered.
