The Superlative Club is attempting to collect a "cancellation fee" of of $122.00 from me for no longer using their after school care services although we do not have a CONTRACT in place for services. Without a CONTRACT, there cannot be a cancellation fee. On top of that, they have harassed me via phone calls attempting to collect money from me that I have already told them I will not be paying. I have asked for them to provide me a copy of the registration paperwork that I signed and to date, they have not provided me with anything. Their customer service is terrible and rude.

We forwarded the signed registration  form to this customer as well as sent the handbook where the policy is in plainly written.

However, we will cancel the account and remove the account from our call lists.

At the beginning of the school year I thought I was signing my 3x children up for 10x drop in appointments throughout the school year. As their website is not the most user friendly and is also very confusing to navigate, there is the potential that I accidentally signed up for the service they are attempting to charge me for which is before and after care. I have never used this service, and didn't realize that was what they were charging me for until I saw a surprise $185 charge to my credit card in October. I quickly removed my credit card from their website and received another bill for $400+ that I have not paid. I attempted to contact the company in mid October and neither of the two customer service agents I spoke with could even find my account to assist. They recommended I send an **mail to their admin account, which I did. I have not heard back from that. On 10/29 I received an **mail that I am no longer allowed to use their services because I have not paid my bill. The **mail references several **mail and phone attempts to contact me. Other than one email of each invoice, I have received no other communication.

I am rejecting this response because:
I had an issue with this company that required a BBB complaint to resolve several months ago. I thought it was solved to my satisfaction. I accidentally signed up for a service I did not use due to confusion with their website. After resolving this issue I got a call about a month later beginning to request payment again for services I never meant to sign up for, nor did I receive. I informed them that I spoke with someone within their office and the issue was resolved. The company continues to harass me about this unpaid balance and is not threatening to send to a collection agency. I have not used their services and do not wish to use their services. I just want them to zero out any balance they think I owe them and to leave me alone.
      Sincerely,

      *************************

I have sent at least 7 emails and made over 8 calls to this company and have not received a resolution to my problems. I have requested that they cancel after school services as of 5/31/24. I have had my job send them numerous requests to verify that this company is a legitimate after school program, I only received 1 email that I was CCd on and they after school information provided cannot be substantiated so that I can be reimbursed. I have over 5 months of reimbursements to the tune of **** in total that my job has asked them to confirm. This company is non responsive to emails and calls. They do not return calls when you leave a voicemail and it is ridiculously hard to get any communication from them.

      Hi,

We have already sent the verification to the employer twice.

****************** was copied on the latest email sent earlier this month, therefore she  is aware that we have responded.

I am happy to forward that email to you if you provide me with your email address.

We have also already updated the June invoice however it remains outstanding as ****************** hasn't remitted payment for the childcare provided this month.

On September 28, 2022, I paid an invoice for future services paid to The Superlative Club, LLC for my daughter ******* ***** to attend after school enrichment activities. On October 3, 2022 we received notice via email from said business that they would no longer be offering the so-called services at **** **** *********** ******* ** ******, NC. The same email stated refunds would be issued the same day. $100 was paid. A refund was issued on October 16 in the amount of $75. ******* attended a single class the first week because they failed to show up the other class. I was advised on that I would receive a refund for the missed class, so I should have been credited back $87.50. It is therefore my request to be refunded an additional $12.50 for services no rendered. It should be noted that MANY other families are experiencing similar situations where no refund was received whatsoever. Communication is non-existent until you strike a nerve with ******* ********, one of the listed owners. This business has shady business practices and should not be trusted with precious children.
