TransLoc's system for calculating time estimates and their routes is subpar, and they haven't even attempted to do anything about it. All they did was simply tell me to visit my agency's customer service page. The agency isn't the issue. The agency didn't make the system that's in use. I've reached out to customer service multiple times. Now I will admit, the second time, I was rather heated about it, but where I draw the line is their failure to even respond to my latest customer feedback (with an entire week given to respond, which I believe is more than it took the previous times to hear back from them), asking that they tell me if the system that my agency was using was created by TransLoc, or by my agency. I also did warn them that failure to answer the question or giving me another automated response (which obviously would not answer the question) would result in me filing this complaint I'm doing now. Their inability to even own up to their own system's flaws is preventing them from being able to do anything to fix their flawed system, and it's just not acceptable. If they at least tried to resolve the issue(s) with their system, that would at least be satisfactory enough for me. But there's just no effort present to do so at all. To specify on the flaws, their time estimates are just completely absurd. I absolutely understand they are bound to fluctuate a lot, since it's a rideshare service, and optimal routes are to be taken and whatnot. But the shuttle arriving at the location I was waiting at when the estimated time way saying (and still said after I got on) 30 minutes later, that's not right at all. And the routes, it's also absurd. I'm supposed to be the next stop, and what happens? The shuttle goes RIGHT past me, and straight to where I was supposed to go, stopping there. The driver said it was the system, and I'm quite convinced it is indeed the system, not the driver, nor even the agency.
