I have to say this is the best experience that I have ever ver had with a rental company. we had a water slide booked with another company that didnt show up for my daugh bday party. I looked up rental companies and found this one and called them hoping that maybe I would get lucky enough to find one for same day rental that would be able to get to my house immediately to make this party happen as it was supposed to. They jumped right on it and were at my house within 2 hours to set up the slide and it was so easy and professional and just such a pleasure to work with. They let us keep the slide longer as well which was great because it rained most of the time at the party so the girls got to play on it again when they woke up this morning. if you ever need a rental this is where you should go first!!Thank you so much for saving the day and we will be using you again!Review from Latonya J

This was our second time using Bull City Inflatables for a birthday party. We had a great experience both times! The staff arrived early to set-up the slide and it was clean and in good condition. They arrived late to pick it up at the end of the party, but that was not a problem for us. We will definitely be using this business again in the future! Bull City Inflatables came through at the last minute for us at ********************'s ************. We called them around 9am needing setup for the event that started at 10am and they were there by 10:15. Needless to say they saved the day because the inflatable was a huge hit with all the kids. We'll definitely be calling them the next time we need an inflatable!Review from Esther C

A great experience! Both delivery and pick up were very smooth and professional. Quality product and kids had a great time. Paid for 4 hours, but they arrived with it a little early and then let us keep it overnight. Will definitely use this company again!Review from Cynthia G

Over an hour late, wrong inflatable delivered and they don't tell you upfront you have to use your own power to inflate!

Customer does not read. There is a FAQ page on Our website that will Explain the whole process and provide info about weather related conditions. Which this customer had rain in the morning and this delayed any service under state law. If there was an issue the customer never called to have it fixed nor did they turn away unit and they had it for over 6 hours. Providing Extra time to make up for bad weather delay.Review from Kathleen P

Company was great to work with. Quick and easy to reserve the inflatable that I wanted, friendly set up staff that were very quick with setting up and breaking down. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
