At first I thought what a beautiful business these people probably can help, sadly they are preying on the fact that their clients are in a position that has them at their mercy, and they are trying to get as much money from pet owners as possible! Regardless of the fact that I told them I am financially struggling? They not only took it upon themselves to presume that I could afford extremely expensive medicine, they also specifically gave him the most expensive antibiotic on the market, and they told me it would cost $200 for an "emergency fee" + $200 for X rays, then they took 4 xrays, I paid for that and they kept adding more onto whatever they could, then held my dog hostage! I later was told after informing the vet that what they were doing wasn't fair because they never informed me of the fees in advance? And due to the fact that they didn't want to look bad in front of their room full of clients, the vet worked with me and told me that I could make payments on the last $115. I paid several hundred dollars prior to being able to take my dog home. He was literally held hostage and they told me they would not give him to me until I paid it all. I would not have been able to leave with him had I not declined them using the medications they were going to use. He literally didn't have much, x-rays, IV fluids, antibiotic. I need his X-rays and I have requested them and gone in person to pick up a disc, and at the desk they refused to give me his x-rays even though I've paid for them! Regardless that his stomach is flipped and he has been dying for many days now, regardless of liver failure and possible worms they missed picking up? Regardless of life and the fact that I've paid for those services? These jerks are still refusing to give me the disc. I would urge anyone to go anywhere else this place is kidnapping your pet holding them for ******! They don't understand services and how purchasing works, they just don't care, pet owners trusting money manipulators!!!!
