My son been receiving ABA services at this location since October, 2020. At this time it was ***, my son was doing good with his goals, had great rapport with his *** and I was receiving parent trainings. When this company changed to Healthpro my son had regression, became aggressive, self harming and poor quality service. Staff are not qualified or properly trained to work with children on the spectrum. Staff have poor work ethic: they miss work everyday and arrive late. My experience was the following: my son started being home based since June, 2024, during this time June- September, I had only one parent training and his *** only had one supervision. During this time my son got more maladaptive behavior and during one of his tantrum she restrained my son. She didn't know the protocol to work with my son. Its poor quality service and they only care about making money.
