I rented from billmark properties since 2017 and the expierence has been nothing but horrible. I recently moved into a new home because the old home I was renting had issues with leaks and mold and they never responded to the issues in a timely manner. Once they did I was always inconvenienced. In october of 2022 I moved into another unit and was told things such as ( broken blinds. Broken dishwasher, bathroom issues, k**** on the doors.etc ) these things were not fixed at all prior to move in then I was told these things would be done after move in. I reached out in October to have someone come out to look at the bathroom because there was sewage overflowing in the back yard. They send a plumber out someone who stated there was nothing wrong. I continued to have sewerage spray in the back yard after you flush the toilet. I would report it no one came to fix it. Around February I got a knock at my door from someone who stated they were the owner of the home and she was trying to see if her tenant is doing well I spoke to her from the ring camera and let her know that there has been raw sewage in the backyard that the company has yet to have anyone come and fix. She specifically stated that she knew nothing about this and that the city would need to be called but she doesn't do business like that so she would contact the property management company herself (billmark properties). Another month went by with raw sewage in the yard. There was no mention to it . I reported that someone needed to fix it and clean it up in the back yard. This was not done and the sewage was left in the yard . I have photo proof. Also when moving in I was told that the dishwasher would be replaced. In Feb a plumber came out to the home and rigged the dishwasher instead of replacing it and I sent the photo evidence to the property and they told me to just put bleach on it. Now I am being asked to vacate the property.
