The gas spring struts I orders are the correct size, but the ****** force was not enough to open the door. They sent me 500 ****** and it needs to be around 2000 ******. I contacted them to get the correct ones, they told me to ship them back and they would replace them. I called to get a shipping address and label. They gave me an address but no label. I shipped them back at my cost and never heard back from them. I tried to contact *********************** with customer service and left numerous phone messages and several emails with no replies back to me. I researched online and found that Gasspringsshop.com has two entities' **** and Stabilus. Neither company will return phone call and emails. Something is totally off and fishy.Business response

Not sure what ***** tell you but we have been in communication with him by email, the order he returned is still in process to be regased, maybe we can arrange a meeting to discuss about this issue

I am rejecting this response because: There has been no communications at all, no emails or phone call regarding this issue. They returned the two struts with no indication they have been re-gased to the correct setting, as far as I can tell they just sent back them same struts I returned and did nothing. They also sent 4 spring struts I never ordered; I have no idea what that's about. With zero communication I have no idea what's going on. All I want is them to fix the problem and get what I paid over $500.00 for.Business response

Okay I see, not sure what happened in this case, maybe the team get confused and return the material without the rework, and not even that, they ship another material as well,
What I would need from this customer would be,
1.- The ** order number from the material he order and he want us to rework,
2.- The ** order number from the material he receive and is not from him
Both numbers are placed on the springs on the label

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered 2- Gas spring ***** stroke that didn't have enough power to open my door. It should have been 2000 or ************************** the correct struts to clear this matter up.Business response
