I have been In the program since January 2021 , when I started I didn't have insurance. I ended up getting insurance and it went back until July 2021. When I informed the company they told me at that time they didn't have enough counselors at the time I would have to continue to pay cash for my treatment until they had a counselor and that I would be reimbursed . I paid until January 2022. It is now April. I have ask weekly about my reimbursement. Nothing I have called the company's main line Nothing back from them. Emaile Nothing back I feel at this time I'm am being avoided over 2000$. That they have been paid for though my insurance.Business response

Good Afternoon,
We have reviewed this case. The claims from Date of Service 12/1/2021 to 1/9/2022 have been denied by the payer. The remits explain that no authorization was in place. We are working with the payer to get an authorization that is retroactive in order to get these claims payed by the payer. We are going to refund a portion for the claims 9/1/2021 to 11/30/2021 that have been payed while we are working on getting the other claims paid.
