We purchased live online training valued at $1,000 and they never provided it to us and will not ***** us a refund or reschedule the online training. In addition, they advertise a 2% processing fee up-charge on their invoice but it is actually closer to 5%. We have been attempting to resolve for 10 months with no success.

Working with Invigorate Education has been a total game-changer for our school. Their Orton-Gillingham and reading training are seriously awesome. The teachers really know their stuff and make learning to read feel like a breeze. The best part is they want you to love reading in general and it shows. Thank you Invigorate team!

Working with Invigorate Education was a breeze. The Orton-Gillingham Online courses provided a great learning experience, and the scheduling options were really good. The flexibility in timeframes allows you to complete the courses with your class in less than a month, making it unbeatable in terms of time efficiency and the substantial progress it enabled in my reading instruction abilities. I recommend Invigorate Education to anyone seeking an effective and time-saving approach to reading education.

Two of my work colleagues and I signed up for the Advanced Morphology Training. They have not stopped talking about how much it has helped them in delivering better quality services. I recommend.

Our school district is also a recent victim of this fraudulent company. We did not receive the 4 Day Live in-person training or materials. The trainer never showed up on the scheduled date. I have contacted the phone numbers and the 646.580.0157 is answering as Urbane Academics now. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General in North Carolina. I have emailed several times and called many more times. I feel like everyone else that this is a scam business. Hopefully, the next person checks these reviews before they sign up.

Our school is yet another victim to this vendor's fraudulent activity. Promised a 4 day live training and were sent links to very basic online videos with no interaction that a high school student could have put together. No one will answer the phone or return an email now that they have our payment. If I could leave fewer stars I would!

I have been attempting to reach this organization via email and phone calls and no one has responded. We paid for a 4 day live training and did not receive the link and our contact at the organization has not responded either. Wish we would have seen these reviews before we registered for the course.

AVOID signing up for trainings with them, their links and trainings do not work. We registered 4 teachers for a January training in December. We mistakenly paid for the training ahead of time, as we were told it was required. The initial training date we were given they had "technical difficulties." They set up a second date and promised us it would work. The second training date we had the same issues. Now we are out $6,500 (which is a lot for a small school district) for the training and sub cost. We had to get 4 substitute teachers on two different dates for the trainings, which was very challenging. The teachers put in countless hours to prepare sub plans for two different days. Beware if you sign up with invigorate, don't mail payment till after the training has been completed to ensure the training works properly. But based on the reviews I see here, looks like it won't!

It is a scam! I have read several reviews on here and we had the exact same experiences. We paid up front for a training at our school. No one showed up on the day and later informed us the trainer had been in a car accident. We rescheduled for a live virtual session, but when the new date came, no link was provided for us to connect to the session. Since that date in July we have not been able to get anyone to return a call or email. We sent a certified letter requesting a refund and that letter was signed for meaning it was received. After no communication from them we began legal action. They did not communicate or show up for any court proceedings and are now legally bound to refund our $7,700. I am not sure if we will ever get that money back, but I am hoping that by getting the word out no one else will fall victim to this group of scammers.

Invigorate Education is a scam. They do not provide a service, return phone calls, and are not certified by the Dyslexia Association. They must have paid people to write reviews for them. We are taking legal action to get our $1200 back. They do not deserve to have a business license.
