The front desk staff took my insurance card and told me I was still in network in early July of 2023. After visiting my PCP at this location at least 7 times by September 2023 (I was very ill and required a lot of medical care/advice), I was always told my insurance co-pay was $0 as stated on my card. On a Wednesday, I saw my PCP and again was not told to pay anythig - I was ordered to get an XRAY by PCP and proceeded to their sister facility down road because the in-house XRAY machine was awaiting repair. I go to the sister location and they tell me my visit is not covered by my insurance and I have a balance of over $700. Imagine my surprise! They tell me that a note had been added a week prior to my account stating that I lost coverage end of July 2023. No one told me anything and continuously let me go to my appointments saying it was a $0 copay. When I called and brought this to the attention of the administrative staff, they insist that they did tell me then back-tracked. I have the entire phone call recorded and one administrator from the billing department admits the front office staff must have accidentally gave me the OK - and every visit was booked as a $0 copay. However, she ultimately blames me and tells me that its my fault for not calling my insurance and checking behind them. That is a lazy excuse for their mistake! I do not recommend this office to ANYONE.

HIRE NEW DOCTORS IMMEDIATELY. Worst doctors office ever. The receptionist/nurse were decently kind but the doctor has his head up his a** ****************** needs to get fired and they need to hire someone more competent who can manage his time better. I did the online check in and had a 90 minute wait time. I showed up and arrived on time and got checked in, and then was left in the waiting room for over an hour without any check in or apologies for the wait. The nurse even initially told me that there was only one person in front of me. Then when I mentioned something all of the nurses were looking at me like I was the one being crazy when I specified that I only came in for a basic Covid test and for medication prior and when I arrived. They were sighing and being mad disrespectful the whole time and had s***** attitudes. Whoever runs this place needs to be fired and they need to hire new people.

I have been at Eagle Physician on Guilford College for many years, but am currently looking for services elsewhere. Twice I paid a co-pay but no doctor services. My doctor retired so there are new doctors there. So my new doctor, whom I've never met before walks in to express his feelings about my blood pressure and sent me home when my medicines didn't match their list, all within 5 minutes. So following orders, I went back in two weeks, paid another co-pay, waited for an hour only for him to send two staff people out to ask the same question. Do you have your medicine list!!! Each time I said YES! Finally, this lady had waited long enough. So I switched up there and said "I paid twice to see this doctor and got no services. I waited an hour today, I watched others come and go. I walked in 10 minutes late one day and you cancelled my appointment, even though you sent me the wrong time . You tell Dr W******* that I said " I am leaving and have a nice day! So I am now spending my time writing reviews!

If I could give a negative star, I would. NEVER go to this Eagle Family location. I recently had a tele-visit for a med check and the doctor did nothing but yell at me about not scheduling regular check-ups and getting my cholesterol checked regularly. First off, I have been on this medicine for 15 years and my primary doctor was changed (my regular doctor retired). I only needed a refill, but all the doctor wanted to "discuss" (and I mean yell) was the fact that I had not been scheduling regular check ups every year. I found it extremely unprofessional and ended up telling her to forget the medicine and hung up. She was also angry that the appointment was a tele-visit and not in the office. I explained to her that I was unable to get off work and that when I scheduled the appointment, I was assured that a tele-visit was fine. I am switching doctors and will never go back to Eagle Family on Guilford College Rd. I was left feeling berated and verbally attacked. Unless you want to pay someone to be hateful to you and not even address what your appointment is about, I suggest you find another doctor.
