On June 6th 2024 I made a hair purchase from ********************************************************************. The transaction came out to be $393.35. Two days later, on June 8th 2024, I received an email stating the status of my purchase had been changed to "declined". I have been reaching out to Diamond Dynasty via their website chat and their social media pages since the Eighth of June. I have not received any response. I have also not received any of my money back from this company.Business response

Hello, We have tried to issue this refund not once but twice; and it keeps declining. I am unsure if the card the customer used is still valid or not. However we are waiting to hear back from our card processor regarding this refund and why it will not allow us to process the refund to the customer.
Unfortunately the customers order was flagged as fraudulent by our fraud department and I have attached proof of that email and why we could not process this order.

I am rejecting this response because:
The card is very much valid and still continuously in use. Furthermore, the amount attempted to be refunded to me does not match the amount I paid for the items, as well as there is nothing that shows to whom or what card you're trying to refund this amount to. This cannot be resolved until there is a refund back to the card used for this purchase.Initial Complaint

A few years ago, I discovered Diamond Dynasty Hair and decided to on November 24th, 2023. I bought 3 bundles of virgin hair. Following my purchase, I received an email stating that my order was "DECLINED." This raised immediate concern since ******** had already deducted the money from my account. I promptly contacted Diamond Dynasty Hair on November 27th, 2023, and received an automatic email assuring a response within 48 business hours. Despite waiting, I did not receive a reply. In the meantime, I contacted ********, confirming that Diamond Dynasty had received the payment. After 48 hours without a response, I attempted to reach out multiple times via email and text, including a phone number found on their social media and through Instagram. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. This prompted me to research the company, and I discovered numerous complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, stating that Diamond Dynasty is a scam that does not respond to emails. Other customers mentioned discrepancies between the advertised and received products, refusal of refunds, and prolonged delivery times. A few days later, my order status was randomly changed to "waiting to be fulfilled." Concerned about the negative reviews and poor customer service, I immediately requested to cancel my order. However, I was told that the company does not offer refunds. I explained that, since nothing had been shipped, it should be a straightforward cancellation, but the company ceased communication. This echoes the experience of others on the BBB website.In summary, as of December 20th, 2023, I have not received the product. Although I received a tracking number on December 4th, the item was not sent to the post office until December 14th. Despite the expected arrival tomorrow, I have decided not to sign for the order, and I have requested **** to return it to the company based on advice from another review on BBB. However, the company still refuses to refund my money.Business response

I purchased hair from this company for a vacation. I paid for Expedited Shipping to insure receiving it in time however I didn’t receive it for weeks. I went on vacation, came back and still hadn’t gotten it for another 2 weeks. When I did receive it, I sent it back certified mail. The company received the product. However they refuse to refund me. Now they have the product and my money. They have refused to respond to my emails.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. This so called business has a history of not replying back and stealing money from people. The attorney general for their state needs to be contacted.Initial Complaint

First of all, this company has a no refund policy, and if you attempt to cancel your order before they ship it, they we refuse. They advertise 100% mink, virgin hair, but the hair I received is a synthetic blend. I spent hundreds of dollars on a synthetic blend wig and was scammed and unable to return the wig. I ordered hair from this company on 21 June 2022 for $420. I have not heard anything from this company about the where about of my product since told there will be a replacement. The only thing I have received in an email is that a label at the **** was made on 26 June 2022 but the product had not arrived at the post office. It is going on 5 days since the last email to find out if anything has been done to solve my issue. I contacted the company several times since then through email and have not received any feedback that the item is been found, replaced, or reshipped. There is no way to contact the organization through phone, due to only having email.Initial Complaint

I’ve been waiting almost two months to receive my hair. And the last time I ordered it it was the “mink” hair and after washing it once it turned into this. I was reluctant to reorder but will never be ordering again. So unprofessional and charging people for hair they haven’t received ???????Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company on February 9,2022. I contacted then February 16,2022 to find out the status of my order. I was informed it will take 5-8 days, ok that’s fine. I then contacted them on February 22, 2022, they told me my order contained custom items. That would be another 5-8 business days. Then on February 23,2022, they sent me a tracking number. It is now March 3, 2022 and I have yet to receive my items. I contacted the company for a cancellation, they then contacted me and let me know that per there policy I were not able to issue me a refund. I then in turn contacted the company too let them know that I would be contacting the BBB. I have since contacted the company everyday about this order and they do not respond. I no longer want any product from this company. There emails are rude and unprofessional. They don’t give updates on your product. I will never order from this company again.Initial Complaint

Ordered product from company on 11/1/2021. I followed up regarding the product on 11/15 regarding shipping and was not given an update. Finally received products and the quality, texture, nor hair is what I purchased. I ordered (Mink Brazilian) hair and was sent something of less quality. Reached out to company several times and refused to exchange or refund product, stating “All Sales Final” but in the state of NC all sales final is not legally binding on a product of less quality than customer purchased. Company refuse to resolve matter. *Disclaimer: I’ve been purchasing hair from same company since 2017. I’m well aware of what is of certain texture, standard, and criteria because I’ve only purchased from them and this is the first time I’ve had this issue. The lack of customer service skills and tactful response and refusal to refund or exchange item is what I’m seeking the assistance of BBB and to inform others of my experience.
