I test drove a vehicle from this dealership to get a full inspection on the car before buying it . I submitted the vehicle report to the dealership and told them I did not want the car because it was to many problems and I wanted my money back . The sales men told me out his mouth they would fix everything and call me when it’s done because they can’t give me my money back . They called me two weeks later saying the vehicle was fixed and ready but the vehicle was not completely fixed . I contacted them and told them and they blamed all the damages on me .Business response

My name is ****** *******, owner of United Sports Automotive LLC located at **** * ******* *** ********* ** ***** on 10-07- 2021 the buyer ******* ****** came to test drive several vehicles from the lot. At the end she told us, she was more interested in the 2011 Porsche Cayenne. She asks for a full ****** Report of the vehicle we provide her a copy of the ****** Report, were she sow all the history and maintenance of the vehicle. On the report she sows all 32 service history records available at the time 1 Previous Owner and no accidents or damage reported to ******, we also provide her with a copy of a NC State Inspection done by a authorized NC State inspection station, the buyer ******* ****** agree to buy the car after she went for a couples test drivers on that vehicle. From previous days and from the day of the sale, she also claimed that she took the car to a mechanic to get check and she was very happy and ready to buy the car. Nobody in our business push her or forced her to buy the car from us, it was her own will. The vehicle was sold As Is, meaning there are no warranties or guarantees on this vehicle we will provide you with a copy of the form signed by the customer at the time of the sale As IS, no warranties, unfortunately 9 months later after she purchased the vehicle she is having issues but is nothing we ca do , all our vehicles are final sales AS IS . Just like any other used car lot selling used vehicles in our state.
I really hate to have this situation going on but another thing is that she bought a high maintenance vehicle imported (PORSCHE) everything will be more and cost more expensive to maintain and fix in that type of vehicles. A simple oil change cost $300 so any repair will be expensive compared to domestic vehicles.
This morning after receiving this email with the complaint I went to check the new updated ****** Report and I notice during this past 9 months she only got a tire fix at ***** **** in ********** NC back at 12-2-2021 so she been driving the vehicles with no problems in the past few months ********** NC is 147 miles away one trip only. so, a car with problems will not drive more than 300 miles in a round trip, and again there is no report of services since she bought it. I will be sending you guys’ copies of every form and agreement signed by buyer alone with a NC State Inspection Receipt and ****** Report.
I also want to add my concern of how she is handling this matter since Saturday she been spreading false information in all her social media platforms, especially on Facebook and all this is hurting our business big on top that we have several people who call us threatening our business and ourselves unfortunately our business is located in a high crime area ********* NC , and we take every threat very seriously, since there is been a lot of gun violence and shotting in business near by our location .Its been 9 months or so since she bought the vehicle there is nothing we can do about it, any issues or problems with her car is no longer my responsibility, she bought it and it was sold AS IS , if you have any questions about this matter feel free to contact me

I am rejecting this response because:I only test drove the Porsche no other cars and i only drove it in ********* . Upon returning to the dealership i advised them that i liked the car but i'm a women and I can't go off just that short drive so I would like to test drive it to Leith Porsche to get a full inspection . The sales man advised me that i could only do that if signed the papers to buy and paid the down payment . I asked the salesmen if i did that and found out the car was faulty i'd be stuck with a faulty car . The salesman responded to me that they wouldn't do me like that and plus i had 30 days to decide if i want to keep the car before i was stuck with it . I replied so you are telling me i will be able to get my money back he replied yes you would or we will fix everything wrong with the car after reviewing the report. I asked for the owner to approve it and the salesman called the owner and he stated over the phone they would either fix everything wrong with the car or give me my money back. So on 10-08-21 i signed the papers and paid my down payment on the car . On 10-11-21 The mileage was 184.286 i took the car to Leith and paid 699.00 to get the full inspection which will be attached. Also on 10-11-21 i got a warning light stating i needed to reduce power on the engine which is attached , The people at Porsche advised me that the car was not safe to drive and i needed to just return the car . i took the copy of it to the dealership . The salesmen called the owner and he came and made a copy of the paper and told me to drop the car off at his auto repair shop United Tire Shop and Auto Repair and they'd have everything fixed before the tag came even if he had to hire a Porsche Specialist . I did as i was told and dropped the car off with the inspection report. Theres no other reason i would have kept a car with so many problems after i had proof they was there other than being told they'd fix everything or id get my money back .After about a month and a half they called and said the tags and the car was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up the car i noticed it was lots of extra miles on the car like 5000 extra miles . On 10-11-21 the mileage was 184.286 it shows on the full inspection sheet from Leith Porsche I reached out to them about it without a answer . I parked the car and drove my other car. One day I went outside and noticed lots fluid under the car once i turned the car on the warning light advised me that the coolant was extremely low and it was not safe to drive the car . I reached out to the dealership and they advised me it was nothing they could do . At this point i realized that i had to handle this issue alone because i lived in an apartment complex and knowling staining the parking lots was not acceptable . I got the car towed to Porsche of south point the mileage was 189,496 (how did the miles grow so much that fast on a car i couldn't drive and im a full time worker at my own business? )Plus theres not possible way i can drive that many miles in that short time .They called back and advised me that to fix the car it was 2583.02 .I paid it and had my sister follow me home to park the car. I didn't move the cat again until Dec 1st when i moved in my new home. After sitting so long i wanted to start the car and move it to another spot in my yard to protect the tires Another warning light came on and the car was not starting properly so reached out again to the dealership and they replied we fix all the problems that was on the report so if something else happen its your fault . So i let the car sit then i contacted a lawyer he advised me to take the car back to where i had got the first inspection to get proof nothing was fixed I did that and the report stated that nothing was fixed but what i had paid to get fix . I will attach all the reports and text screen shots below . There is no possible way i can add that many miles on a car i could not drive safely without being followed. I honestly feel like they added miles to my car when i dropped it off to his auto care building to get it fixed . I didn't drive the car to ***** **** i was working in my store( image attached) Selling people faulty cars is a hobby of this business man and its not fair to hard working people who just want a nice car to drive . i've attached images of reviews and if you'd like a list of others he’s done this with, I can get one.
