I paid a consultation fee for service not completed. I left the office after meeting the lawyer and was told we would speak and meet again as soon as information from DES was provided. When I received the information and called the attorney back he did not return my call. I called 2more times last week with no response. This week I left a voicemail for the office manager and again no response. They took my money and wont return my call. I would like my fee refunded 100%.Business response

********** paid a $200 consultation fee to speak with me about an employment law matter and receive guidance on whether she had a viable suit against her former employer. We spoke for over an hour and I provided her with my opinion on her specific matter. The $200 consultation is a fee solely covering this initial meeting. I have since contacted her again and believe this matter to be adequately resolved. Regrettably, I do not believe ********** has a lawsuit that can be pursued at this time, and I have directed her to seek alternative counsel if she would like to proceed further.
