I paid $1,565.54 for hot tub services and reached out to the technician multiple times for months, and he never showed up. He forced me to pay in advance because he said that he needed the parts and had sent someone to ********* to pick it up. I had family coming into town, and told him I needed the repairs done by July 4, and he said he would come but never did. He kept giving me excuses and I feel sick to my stomach every single day. I would text him every week, and he said he would come and then never show up. I wasted so much time and money. I cant even look at the hot tub without feeling sick. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. He also said that I had to pay up front for the cover, which was another $500 from a company in FL. I begged him to give me the information so I could track the order and be said that he did not have that information. I called the company after he mentioned that they were in FL, and they did not have my information. I knew that this was a scam at that point, and again I have suffered so much stress and anxiety over this situation. Its not acceptable to steal from someone. I have attached pictures of the invoice that was paid in full. I called ******* to come out and see if he could repair the control box on my hot tub. It was an Island Serenity 3person hot tub. He came out said sometimes he has trouble finding a part but he thought this would not be a problem. First excuse was address didnt match name on credit card. Next got lost in shipping. Then cant find the part at all. Would have to make something work. Now he is no longer taking my calls, and I sent him an email, saying just return the $450 and we would be square.Initial Complaint

I called ****** ************************* of Competent Hot Tub Repair regarding a broken Jacuzzi tub. He came out to my house on August 4, 2022. He looked at the tub, and diagnosed a broken motor. He made several calls to suppliers while at my home, and then eventually ordered a new motor as well as other parts he said he needed for another job. He billed me for the visit as well as the part. I paid by check. He said the part would be delivered to my home. I never received them. He reached out to me about a month later asking where his parts were; I told him I'd never received them. He said he'd look into it and contact me. He never did. I have left several messages and emails for him with no response.
