I received a call from Medicredit about a bill from **** from August 3, 2022 I have never received a bill from **** for these services they were for laboratory charges when I when to *************************** in August, I called Medicredit and they would not talk to me about the bill they only wanted payment so I called **** billing department and found out they didn't file my insurance because they said I had no insurance and they had a wrong address for me I moved 3 years ago and the Gastronenterologist has my correct address and my insurance information and filed with my insurance all I was responsible for was my ***** co-pay, I do have insurance. **** would not do anything about this said I had to call Medicredit again. This is insane I should not have to pay this and they **** should correct THEIR error! I should not be responsible for incompentence on their part! I want this cleared up immediately and I would not advise anyone to go to that hospital.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this response is satisfactory to me. I do however hope that they will bill my insurance company like they should have done in the first place and delete it from Medicredit I don't want something like this hurting my credit. It will be resolved to me only if they take care of this issue. I should not owe them any money.

I gave birth in February 2022 at **** Medical Center. By March, I had all my bills paid. Two months later, I receive a bill for $226.20, which I had already paid. So I call and they tell me to send prove of payment to their mail address, which I did. I dont hear anything for 2 months and then in June, get the same bill again. I call again and this time they tell me to email my documents, which I do on 6/28. I dont hear anything for another 2 month and get the same bill again. I call again and they said they received my prove but couldnt read it properly and asked to send the documents again in better quality. I do that on 8/17. Another 2 months go by and guess what? Theres the same bill again. No word from them and no resolution. Im at the end of my rope. I refuse to pay the amount that I already paid again no matter if I can afford it or not.Business response

Frye Regional Medical Center strives to provide excellent customer service and apologize this expectation was not met by the patient. The payment was located, and at this time the account has been corrected and is reflecting a $0.00 balance. I was hospitalized at Frye Regional Medical center January 16 -January 18 for Covid pneumonia. My insurance, AARP United Healthcare, said that I owe 0 for this hospitalization. The total **** was *********. Insurance paid *********. **** is charging me $650. This is a **** balance which is illegal in **. My ***************** informed me that my **** was covered and I owed 0.Business response
