-4/5/24 -Dentist told me my insurance capped out and I had to pay 100% of procedure up front. -Dentist then filed it with my insurance and my insurance paid them 80% of the bill (Im responsible for 20%). So they were paid twice and they claim that once the insurance check clears they will be able to cut my check. I called my insurance and they said it cleared months ago. I emailed them this and I havent heard back anything. I paid $693 (100%) but since Im responsible for 20% I am due $554.40 (80% back). Attached is my receipt from Dentist and then my insurances benefits bill in addition to my written trail.Thank you!Business response

Hello ******, we're sorry for any confusion, But your insurance WPEE, processed your claim for date of service 06/20/24 on 08/29/2024 and they paid $0 as you reached your annual maximum, previously we weren't able to process any refund because you have open claims, since your insurance paid $0 and your portion is $158 for date of service 06/20/24 and you already paid $31.60 on 06/20/2024, your credit as of today is $428 ($554.40 - $158 + $31.60) and refund is processed on 09/04/2024, please let me know of you have any questions **************Customer response
