      On 11/7/23, I pre-ordered a 1:200 scale ******* WC 121N. Total price with shipping, $109.89. It was paid for when I ordered the plane. The delivery date kept getting moved back. Then, after inquiring about the delivery, no answer. I have learned from another dealer, that the model has been discontinued. So, they have my money, I have no product and my inquiries go unanswered.

      Ordered as Christmas gift December 2022.received late January 2023. Gemini 200 Airbus A320 American Airlines. #G2AAL1103. We were out of state son was away at University. Opened package on break March 2023 timeframe. Plane was broken. No number to call. He and I have left numerous emails with no response finally received a response saying what can we help with.We just want a replacement simple. Could not dispute with a credit card because it was too late.Please help. My son has how many planes do you has 6 of your planes. Thanks you. ******************************* ************

      I had order a model airplane from Diecast Airplane company back on February the 10th 2023. They charge my credit card for the amount of $66.90. They sent me a email order number ******, saying that they had received my order. About 4or 5 days later I received another email from that company saying that the item that I order was not in stock so I could get a refund credit back to my credit card or pick out another product. So I did pick out another model that was actually two dollars cheaper and thy told be back in February around the third week that they would ship it out by late the following week. So here we are March the 29th and after 2 or 3 emails I still haven't received my product and no response to any of my emails. There is one phone number that I assume was theirs but that didn't work either. So I know it isn't alot of money but it is not right to conduct business this way. So I was wondering on what to do next and to see if you can help me.

      In regards to Mr. ****** we have not received direct contact regarding this order since we changed the model he requested in early 2023. I have emailed Mr. ***** today to see how we can take care of his order in a satisfactory manner. I have attached a copy of the email here.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Because this is a year later, they had a chance to cancel my order and return my payment. I could never get in contact with the them, even your  company advise me back when I filed my complaint never got a response from them. So I am so fed up with that company.

      I ordered an airplane from diecastairplane.com on Aug 30, 2022. Paypal paid them $105.17. The plane was *********** Airlines Embraer 190 VH-***. It has not been delivered or shipped, and it has been four months. Their website gives no way to contact them about a refund. The paypal transaction was Transaction ID: *****************. It was a present to my son and was to be delivered to:*************************** ****************************************************************************************************

      Placed order on www.diecastairplane.com which is owned by the same person running this business as the contact points and address are identical. They have been answering other inquiries through their ******** account while completely ignoring my request for tracking information on an already paid order. Have received no response. It looks like they only will acknowledge orders from their main website www.diecastairplanestore.com even though payment is taken

      In regards to ***************** complaint, they are unfounded and quite frankly this man is extremely rude and disrespectful. We have only received one email communication from him and it was rude and filled with vulgar language. All of his orders were shipped and fully completed as requested. The last one was fulfilled in February 2023. I am attaching a screenshot of all of his orders and the vulgar laced email for your review.

      Placed order Nov 26, 2021 as a pre order (order ID#***** $125.21) Reached out on June 15, 2022 asking for an ETA of the product with a resonse "none". On Aug 25th commented on their ******** page about their poor service and they told me to take my concerns to messenger. There they told me my product wa expected to come in the following week. Fast forward to now , I reached out asking if this company is even legit and if I am being scammed out of my $125 due to the fact I haven't received anything and next month it will be a year. I reached out on messenger and via their website with no reply. I am at a loss. I also told them that you were my next step. Please help. All I want is a full refund. This company is also know for taking restocking fees on merchamdise that can't be delivered. In my opinion that is unethical to take a fee to restock somethink that does not exist.

      Purchase date: 1/22/2022 Amount: $37.84 Just received my first purchase and the item was broken. There was no evidence of damage due to shipping and the packaging was clean and intact. You would think they do what it takes to make the customer happy, but no. They want me to pay to return it to them. Rediculous, send me a new one with a paid label for me to send the other one back.

      Not sure why the complaint? We inspect every model prior to shipping for damage. It was not damaged when it left our warehouse. We provided Ms. ******* a return label and shipping a replacement model at no charge to her.  That being said, she did not comply with our return policy as clearly stated on our website. You try to make a customer happy by going over and above and they file a complaint anyways.
