My wife and I bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from *** Mills Saturday August 31st. We brought the Jeep home and noticed the ** stopped working and there was a fuel odor coming from the vehicle, and a small fuel leak. We dropped the car back off at the dealership the morning of Sunday Sept 1. Sept 2nd was labor day so we knew nothing would happen that day. They looked at the jeep and figured out the problem. It was a relay and they just needed the part. They had the jeep for over a week before letting us know any kind of status. Delays in shipping of parts. Ok understood. They "fixed" the issue about another week after that. Pick up the jeep on Sept 17th and bring it home again. Same fuel odor, and fuel leak. So, I took it to another dealership just to see what was wrong, I paid the diagnostic fee for that just so I can stop dealing with *** Mills. They determined that the whole fuel tank, skid plate and Fuel pump were shot and needed replacing. I bring it back down on Sept 18 because *** Mills said they would have all the parts on Sept 19th. It is now Oct 9th and they still don't have all the parts and don't seem to care to get it in. We have "owned" this vehicle for 39 days and it has been in our possession less than 72 hours. I want want the car that I paid for!!!

I purchased a vehicle from July 31. It has been in the shop numerous times since that date none of my making car payments. I have paid them close to $400 in repairs. Ive asked them to assist me with trading the vehicle and buying a more expensive vehicle, they told me they were willing to work with me however, when I arrived, they could Not be bothered. I have emailed the sales person several times. I have also left messages several times to no avail. I believe they knew the car was faulty when they sold it to me because the problem was three days after I purchased the vehicle.. I advised the service manager when I Brought the car in to replace the seatback motor that the low headlight came on the dashboard he told me dont worry about it just monitor it. I left several messages from that date for the service manager telling him that the light was still on about the headlights. He never did return my call. I finally called him again 13th and I brought my car in on the 16th as I had no headlights I had to pay $114 for that on the 19th. The check engine light came on the car was hesitating I brought it back in was another $267 I asked the service manager at that time about the 60 day warranty and he left and told me there was no such thing. I asked him specifically who paid for the seatback motor. He said the salesman do. Now Im making car payments and Im paying repairs. I believe they knew there were problems with the car when they sold it And therefore are not interested in returning my calls or emails and now this morning, September 25 the check engine light has come on again. I am afraid to bring it to them. They will charge me Again to fix it.

I purchased a 2017 ****** Rouge from Bob Mills Mitsubishi on 05/09/24 from *****************. I put a downpayment of 8k. I pointed out the right front and rear bumper were falling off, he said the car was in a minor accident, he spoke with Paris in service and told me that they would fix the bumper, ***** assured me several times the bumper would be fixed as per the agreement PRIOR to purchasing the vehicle. While signing paperwork with *********, she too was aware of the agreement and said I didn't need to fill out the "we owe, you owe paper, just sign it" because ***** already set it up to be fixed. All agreed PRIOR to purchase. 05/14/24 I came in for the repair, ***** said "we are unable to push the bumper back in, it is a cosmetic issue, and we will not fix it" I told Paris, I was told by ***** that this was already set to be fixed. ***** then said "the part is 169$ and we can do the service here" I began to complain, ***** said "it will cost us more to fix and we would lose money on the sale" I was blown away that he said that to a customer. I tried to reach ******; he would not return calls. 06/26/24, I came in for an oil change. ***** said he would not fix the bumper. I went to ****** and was very upset, the 3 of us spoke in ******* office. Again, I repeated the story I was told by *****, PRIOR to the purchase that the bumper would be fixed, ******* only response was he would talk to ***** and go from there. And said ***** should not have told me that. I again asked for the car to be repaired as per agreement. Both ****** and ***** said no. I still have not heard back from ******. I wish I looked at reviews first, there are tons of terrible reviews about *** Mills about similar issues. I would not have purchased the vehicle if I knew they wouldn't fix it. Now they have the money from the sale and will not follow through on their promise to fix the vehicle. All I am looking for, just repair as promised. They both also were very rude.

I bought a 2019 jeep Cherokee from them after a week, all issues started occurring. 3 months later I need a new battery, and they are refusing to fix my windshield wiper sprayer that has been broken since day 1. They said for $200 they can fix it the trim work was held up by foam, and has now worn away so my bumper is falling off. I contacted the manager and he laughed and basically said oh well. -Day after getting it, tire light came on, thought maybe the weather after a week I realized it was a nail, they once again covered by over filling tire, so that it wouldnt show on the test drive.

      To whom it may concern,

Tire pressure does change due to extreme weather changes and batteries are not covered by any warranty.

I took in a vehicle I had previously purchased from *** Mills, to trade in on another vehicle. I was told I need a down payment of $4,000 because of the negative equity in my vehicle. They took my vehicle for a few hours to do an appraisal, an oil change and work on the back shocks because they told me they were leaking (nothing had seemed off with the shocks before that day). In the meantime the deposit changed to $6000 because of the new appraisal. I didnt trade the car in at that time. Instead I left with my car. The issue is when I pulled into the lot a few hours prior, my car had just over ***** miles on it. After *** Mills had my car, the odometer read ****** miles instead - between that and the lower appraisal amount it appears they purposely messed with my odometer reading. I asked what the reading was on the appraisal and was told *****. Then I was told that was a mistake and it was the ******. I had been in over a month prior so the ***** would have been accurate at that time, but to admit that would prove my point about them tampering with it. After that they refused to give me any more answers. I want my car back to the way it was when they took it. I always knew I was trading that car in eventually so I have always monitored my mileage very closely and my car does not have the wear and tear a car would have that has been driven ****** plus miles in 11 months.

Monday April 24th and Tuesday April 25th, 2023. I was contacted by Bob Mills Mitsubishi about possibly trading in my truck for a newer vehicle. I was very open to it so I went on Monday. I walked the lot and picked out a couple vehicles I liked and was interested in, vehicles that were in my price range. We went into the office and I stated my desire to inquire on said vehicles but was pushed to test drive a truck I had not even asked about. They ran my credit for said truck without telling me they were doing so and how much they were running it for. I asked for the prices of the vehicles a handful of times, but the saleswoman ****** responded with I havent seen those yet every time. I asked multiple times how much they were offering for my truck as a trade, same answer. They refused to show me anything less than a ****** truck stating I had to get a vehicle that was a certain amount. Which was debunked by my bank. I was asking for below $400 monthly payments or lower. Yet, they were trying to put me in a $700 monthly payments. The budget I was looking for was about 16k **** which would have worked on a handful of vehicles on their lot. But they refused to understand my situation, using guilt and pressure the second day by their financial manager. Telling me if I didnt get one of the trucks that were 21k or more, I would be regretting it. The morals here are nowhere to be found. Judging by ****** reviews, Im not the only one that has gone through this situation and I wont be the last. Specifically ****** is name dropped in multiple reviews. I am an ****************** and this is a Marine town. And I dont want any of my Junior marines to go to this dealership and get pressured into something they cant afford. We need to take care of our service members, especially because majority of the Junior Enlisted have not had enough life experience so they are easily manipulated by places like this.*minimal text receipts majority was in person, with witnesses*

I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra **** Bob Mills Mitsubishi in October of 2020. I was told before purchasing this vehicle that it just had a new paint job. Shortly after purchasing, the paint started to bubble up in areas and then crack open. I contacted the dealership and drove the 3 hours and 30 to drop it off to have it fixed. They repaired the areas and I drove again to pick up my truck. A few months after that (May 2021 when trying to get my VA state inspection) I contacted them again for mechanical issues that were found that should have been found during the ** inspection. I was told before purchasing that an inspection was done and everything passed; then it was inspected again and passed when they fixed the paint. My truck went back again to the dealership for weeks and they fixed the mechanical problems. I thought everything was finally fixed until my paint started to bubble and crack again. To avoid bothering them and avoid driving that distance again, I tried to touch up areas the best I could with paint that was as close as I could get it to the color on the truck. I also had to fill in the cracks with glue, and glue pieces back on. I had to paint under the wheel well where paint was coming off. The bed of the truck paint is constantly coming off. The truck was not prepped in order for the new paint to stay on properly. How is anyone to know it was not prepped until the "new" paint comes off and you can now see the paint underneath? I have tried to contact and actually speak with the manager and/or the general manager with not much success. I actually have barely received emails from the manager, but he has refused to answer my calls or call me back. He finally told me that if they touched up the paint, then it would be out of my pocket. I would have never purchased if I would have known it wasnt prepped properly of course. I cannot, nor have I ever been able to wash my truck! This is ridiculous and not just normal wear and tear. Please help!
