JCMC sent us to collections without notification. We had visited the office multiple times with no notification of bill. Their billing department told us that was our responsibility. Their systems show they have reached our via mail 15 times but we have never received anything. We receive our electrical and water via mail and they have never been to collections. Their systems showed we owed over 75 dollars but when we logged in it was 50 and we paid it immediately upon knowledge of the issue. Again we have never received notification of the bill via mail or in person visits. I do not care what their records show there was no bill that arrived at this address.Initial Complaint

I have been waiting for the doctor to call my insurance company authorizing the medication needed for my health. The doctor is supposed to call ************** to send the authorization to the pharmacy. We went to the office twice to to try to resolve the problem and yet the office did not call the phone number we gave. I called on the phone 3 times to try to resolve this issue and still was not resolved. On Thursday the 19th of January, i called to have the office manager call and i never received a phone call. I even provided 2 phone umbers and never received the phone call. The phone number is ************ and ************. My birthday is 10/06/1978, ***************************.Initial Complaint

Multiple and inaccurate billings for the same visit/procedure. I have muliple examples from all 4 family members, including 1 bad debt threat from JCMC 9 months after the $3 was paid. Unable to reach contact person to resolve. Left multiple messages for appointments with no response to voicemails (1st incident left 3 VMs for my son. 3 weeks later no response. 2nd incident left 1 VM for my husband. 4 days later no response). Call local office and it goes to HQ in Jacksonville.
