Date: March 27th 2023 -business agreed to thoroughly go over the vehicle and check for any issues that could’ve been a result of running over something with my vehicle -business allowed me to leave their facility with my vehicle in an unsafe driving condition Took my vehicle to this shop after running over something on the road, my car was shaky & something was noticeably off. I asked the manager at the desk to please be very thorough & check any & everything that could’ve possibly been affected. Went to pick up my car & upon leaving I immediately noticed my car’s steering was still not right & the vehicle was still very shaky. Didn’t trust to take it back there after seeing as they didn’t help to fix the issue nor were thorough with checking for potential issues. Took it to another shop & was told that Choice Tire & Automotive had missed several visible & easily noticeable issues that were a result from me running over something in the road. The second shop informed me that 2 rims were completely bent & 2 tires had broken belts inside & needed to be replaced. I was informed by the second shop it was unsafe to drive my vehicle with those issues. After learning about this I called to speak with the manager, Eric, at Choice Tire & Automotive about the damage they didn’t address or inform me about on my vehicle. He immediately denied his shop had made any mistakes & had a very disrespectful tone on the phone while continuously interrupting me & cutting me off to make sure & not let me fully explain my concern with the service I received at his shop. I trusted them with my safety & I feel like I was mislead & my concern for my own safety & my vehicle being fixed property was completely disregarded. The only real response to my concern that I was given from the manager, Eric, was he tried to put blame & talk negatively about the second shop I took my car to, when the second shop is who actually fixed my car & also went more than above & beyond to help with my car.Business response

Customer came in and stated she hit a curb. She asked us to check for damage in the front end and asked for an alignment. After the customer left the shop, she called back and stated there was still a vibration (which she never mentioned in the first place). We told her to bring the vehicle back and we would check the tire balance for a vibration. She then took the vehicle to another repair shop and called us to order her 2 front tires. She brought the vehicle back to us and we put 2 front tires on and rechecked the alignment for free. She stated the other shop told her that there were belts broken in the old tires. We still have the old tires and there are not any broken belts. So Eric (the shop manager) tried to explain that to her, but she was upset and would not listen to his explanation. This family has been a long time customer of Eric's and we would have no issue making this right. We would even be willing to refund the tires and the original alignment.
