2/19/24 Les Nails and Spa Unfair Practice To Paying Customers Les Nail and Spa are cheating people by charging for changing the color of your nail polish, they are cheating people by price gouging to have nails removed; they are cheating people by not using all products needed for properly filling in nails (yet they are charging for those products). I visited the shop to get my eye brows arched & nails filled in. The service was awful. The little old lady arched my eye brows unevenly. The right eye brow is arched thin & the left eye brow is arched as if it was barely touched (it's thick & bushy). ************** is Natural Ombre, pink nail bed & white nail tips. I requested a filled in. The little old lady set her cell phone up to watch it while doing my nails. She cut the chipped parts of my nails. Instead of replacing the nails she laid the pink chisel powder on it. It's ugly! She didn't use the white chisel powder for the tip of the nails & the tips look off & not white. The nail is bubbled up underneath. She fixed 1 nail correctly & that's because another technician started it & removed the broken false nail to be replaced by another new false nail. She didn't do the other broken nails that way (replace the bad false nails with new false nails) therefore, the rest of my nails are bubbled up underneath; my tips are off white & are filed unevenly. Yet she charged full price for fill in & didn't use the kit that is supposed to be used to fill in to fix my nails. I asked her to fix my nails properly. She refused, re-did the one index finger (right hand) that was already corrected over again. She didn't fix my other 9 nails like they are supposed to be fixed. She offended me by taking $5.00 off the price. The money isn't the issue. I can pay for my eye ******************* being fixed like I want them. I want my other 9 nails fixed properly & I want Les Nails and Spa to be held responsible for robbing people.
