August 11, 2022, I met with office personnel and proceeded to fill out recertification paperwork. I noticed some of the forms being prefilled with information that was incorrect. I drew a line across the incorrect info and put my initials with the date beside it as well as the correct information. I asked for a copy of what I filled out and was told I would get a copy after everyone signs off on it. On 8/12/22, I received a voicemail message from the manager letting me know she was going to tear the forms up. Next set of forms, I am suppose to just fill out what she asks of me. I have been filling out forms since 8/11/2022. A third party intervened to get me copies of what I signed. On the morning of 10/17/22, office personnel called me to let me know she would be bringing over another form. Keep in mind, she brought over a form last week for me to sign. On 10/17/22, I was presented with 6 forms titled Tenant Income Certification which I have already submitted info about my banking, my benefits and my income to landlord. I also included Verification letters of reduced benefits that I am/will be getting due to overpayment. The Tenant Income Certification form included prefilled Employment Wages and Social Security Pension amounts but did not give the dates that those amounts came from. On a recently submitted Affidavit that was filled out estimating yearly income, I entered figure that was comparable to the amount of Employment Wages. I do not understand how the Social Security Pension amount was determined. The last page had typed statement that they asked me for verification of overpayment that I received....they did not. The form stated, because they could not verify my reduced benefits, they would figure amount of my benefits based on me not getting a deduction. Within the hour, I had a Lease Agreement Violation and Termination of Tenancy Notice. The Agreement Violation said I may request meeting..immediately called and LM.
