The problem with ******************* and her company is that she promised to work on my credit took payment. Then started dodging my phone calls. Ive been trying to cancel and have her remove my information off her system for little over 3 months. Today 7/7/23 I finally was able to get through call from an unknown number and she hung up on me. I want a refund because no work was done on my behalf, and I would like all of sensitive information scrubed.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract with GAFC I spoke with a lady who said her name was ****. We went over the steps needed to remove the negative items from my credit report she offered me a payment plan for 2 payments of $425. She seem like a nice and knowledgeable person so I decided to pay her in full $850. Come to find out I was scammed doesnt respond to email or calls total scam.Initial Complaint

On 7/4/22 I signed a contract to have GAFC repair my credit for a minimum of 6 months with an option to renew if more time was needed. She stopped responding to me 9/20/22. I have tried calling, emailing and texting with no responsesInitial Complaint

In April 2022 made agreement with GAFC to repair my credit for three installment payments for $233 each for a total around $669 nonthing has been done GAFC has only had contact with since my final payment maybe 2 times i have been calling texting the phone number and client portal every month no response i even contacted her on social meadia she blocked me i was notified by credit bureaus that was illegal to pay for credit repair resolution would be a full refund as i done a little research im not the first person she stop communication with and didnt do anything
