I almost don't know where to begin. I spent $336 for a passenger side CV axle to be fixed and this is not including the part. This job was contracted out to a second party. Almost 3 weeks without my vehicle and it was never fixed. Not only was it not fixed, more problems were created that were not there. Another $125 to have my vehicle towed back to my home after I was asked to have it towed to a better location to fix my vehicle. An additional $82 was spent in transmission fluid. I was also told they didn't know how to put that in my 2014 ****** Pathfinder and found out its not hard at all. I have never experienced anything like this in my life! Had I properly done my research I would have found out that there are two local mechanic SHOPS in the area that do the work for $100. Absolutely insane.Customer response

I had went and seen her in a parking lot when she broke down. told her it was a $75 service call fee, she agreed to it and i left ********* and went to see her in *********. I looked at vehicle told her and showed her what the problem was. She told me she was getting vehicle towed back home and would contact me in the morning. I didn't hear from or see her after that nor received the service fee. Week or so later she contacted me and needed it fixed because someone else tried and couldn't fix it and charged her $140 and he left. I told her i was to busy to do the job but knowed someone that could do it. I subcontracted the job to him. I was aware of problems he was having with her vehicle. I had paid him so this should be between him and herCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told by **. the owner of Lexingtons mobile mechanic that the $75 service fee was included in the $336 I paid and was also told I would be refunded. This is bad business. His business caused over $1200 in additional damages and almost 2 months in lost wages.A police report was filed.
