I purchased a 2014 ZX-R 1400 from someone. This bike is completely custom. It has a rear 360mm tire. It has a sinbgle sidearm rear end that they built. It has air shocks for front and rear suspention with a tank molunted on the bike that they instaled. It has a NOS bottle instaled as well. the front and rear rimes are custome builkt. The bike has reversed front forks. The bile has L.E.D. lighting throughout the bike. I took the bike ther to get 2 new tires put on the bike. I picked up the bike and paid for it and when I was driving it back and on the highway the rear tire startedc jumping left and right witch caused me to go out of my6 lane and off the highway. I turned around a took it back and I was upset it almost killed me. they appologized cause they said that they forgot to test drive it. my bike was there for a couple months and they said it was done. but when I tested it it still did it. that was July 2023. After montrhs of the not calling or returning my calls they tell me its my single sidearm rear suspention. so I told the to replace it cause they said it needed it. That did not work so then they replaced my front forks. Witch did not work iether. I would call and leave messages and would not hear back for months so I kept calling and when they would talk to me they didn't have any answers. It's now almost a year and I cannot get them to fix it or talk about it. I have a $20,000.00 custom bike I can't get or drive. I have paid a year of insurance that almost $2,000.00 a year I can't drive. not to mention Taxes and registration and plates. My bike ran Insanely good and it was the best bike I have ever knowsn and I have had 4 or 5.Business response

the customer bought this bike from one of our customers, which we have been servicing the bike for a little over 8 years, *** brought the bike to us, because it was needing a tire and chains in April and that service was completed, the customer was not happy that there was a bounce in the rear end of the bike, so he brought the bike to us for us to check it, after further review, the swingarm that was on the bike had a bent axle and was causing the bike to have a hop, so we tried to treat it with balance solution and tried different types to try to balance the tire so it would not bounce, and was unsuccessful. We manufacture swingarms, but we did not make that arm, and the company that made it is no longer in business, so **** was ok with ordering a new arm, the wait time on those can very 4-8 weeks depending on bag log of orders. Once the arm was complete we installed it, and that took the bounce out of the rear end of the bike, but it still had a vibration that was in the bike, we tried a few things and found the tire had a bad spot in it, so we replaced it, and after riding the shake was gone. **** sent this complaint the day before i told him the bike was done and fixed, he was up set that he would call after hours and not get a call back, when I had already told him we have phone issues for the voicemail, so if you leave one i will not be able to get it, i told him a few times about this when he called during business hours. The bike is complete and the customer has the bike, he rode it before he left and said everything is good, and apologized to us for this complaint that we got afterword's, he said he was going to call and fix it, and for me not to worry about it. To my knowledge the customer is good with everything and riding his bike.Customer response
