The deal was for a wash and wax for $125. When I picked up my car First of all there was no possible way he even washed my car. He waxed over bug guts and sap not to mention the rest of what was on my car from not being washed. As I was looking closer at my car walking around it im seeing white wax spots all over my car plus swirls in the paint on both sides even around the back end. I tried to take pics but where the wax is on it it glares too much in my camera especially with my car being black. My paint is ruined now. Its gonna take quiet a bit of work to fix it. I do not trust this person to do anything else to my car being in the shape its in and he doesn't know how to do a wax job correctly. I am also disabled by the state. What this has done to me is indescribable. I have a huge problem trusting people and the fact that i knew him 20 yrs ago made me feel like i could trust him and i couldn't have been more wrong. He needs to be held responsible for what he did to my vehicle and shouldn't be allowed to mess up anyone elses. The estimate im providing to fix his mess is at lowest $250 for the 1st step. If he has to do step 2 it will be $400. I barely had $125 to pay him to wash and wax it. I sure dont have the money this is gonna take to get my car fixed.Business response

Wow this is really amazing. When she arrived to pickup her car she was visibly in a bad mood hands on hips glaring in my shop . She had not had time to look at the job . First she found some wax residue. I got a clean clothe and removed it . She then found a bug on the lower part of the front bumper .
I told her I was very sorry I would get it off . I then told her there would be no charge and I was sorry she was not happy . It did not seem she could be satisfied . I had anothe customer pull up I excused my self for a moment.
When I returned she said she could see swirl marks . At this point she was quite nasty stomping around hands on her hips shouting . I asked her if she would come back the next day or at her convenience and I would address any problems she might have . She said she would . Later that nite she text me cussing and caring on . I text her back letting her know I would fix anything that I did but I would not pay someone els to fix something I have not seen . I did not use a buffer on her car I hand wax everything I have a witness to me washing and waxing her car by hand .
She was looking for someone to sue ************ have known her for 20 years she went to school with my kids. My offer stands I will look at her car but I did not charge her nor did I touch her car with a power bufferBusiness response
