Placed an order on November 29, 2023 and have not received the order and cannot get a refund. Noone is responding to my emails. My bank won't refund the money due to me waiting too long. The only reason we waited was because the turnaround was supposed to be 6 weeks, which we were ok with. It is now 8/15/2024 and we still have no product and no replies from the company. We are now out $100 and no product.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:This response does not give a resolution to the issue.
Firstly, we have sent numerous emails and none of them advised that the email address was inactive. Also, if the email we are using was not valid, it should be removed from the website. As of today, the email address that is being said to be inactive, is still listed on the website as an email to use, so how would I know this email isn't valid.
Secondly, the email not being valid is not the issue. It has been 10 months since we placed the order and we have not received the product. The order no longer shows up on the website, to track, or get a status update. The order is no longer found. The estimated time for shipping was supposed to be 6 weeks, which was fine by us. It has been 10 months.
Thirdly, we still haven't been told anything other than the email we used is inactive. That tells me nothing about my order that was placed. No updates have been given on the order.
Lastly, a full refund is the only way this claim will be resolved.

On 2/25/2024, a hoodie and matching pants were ordered from Global Breakers. We have tried multiple times to reach them as the order still says "confirmed" and the money was taken. We still have not yet received the product.Initial Complaint

I placed the order with Global Breakers on October 29th,2023. I emailed them twice asking for an update on the shipment/status and only got an update saying they had a problem with shipping back in December and it would be out soon. It's now almost March and I've yet to receive anything. I emailed again in January asking for a refund and have not gotten anything back. My bank won't do anything about this and this order was *****. The company also just isn't taking this seriously and I'm upset. I can't reach them anywhere else and it's just upsetting. On Dec 16th we paid $98 for 2 sweatshirts. We received a confirmation code. We hadnt received the product and emailed the company twice. The site states there were fed ex delays. But this has gone on beyond that time frame. Emails have not been answered
