**** first came out to the property in June 2022 to grade my lawn. He explained that it may take some time for the dirt to settle & would come back and touch up as needed. After the first rainfall, it was noted that there was sitting water everywhere and near the house. I contacted **** and he said his skid steer was in the shop and planned to come when it was fixed. After several follow up calls he came back on 7/28 with more fill dirt. I waited for the next rainfall & noted that there is still standing water near the middle back of the house. I contacted **** and he said he would be back at no charge. After 3 weeks no word from ****. I followed up and he said he was on vacation and would be back the following week. That was on 9/6. The days following 9/15 I sent several texts, left voice messages & received no response. I paid $2400 to have my lawn graded to protect the foundation. My lawn is even more uneven than it was before & does not flow the water away from the foundation.Business response

I came out to Mrs. ******* home, in June of 2022. I regraded her back yard to help with water flow. After the first time I was there, ***************** called and said water was still standing. I came back at a later date at not charge and redid where water had still been standing. ***************** reached out to me again stating that there was still water standing in a small area in the back. I told ***************** that my skid steer was in the shop having some maintenance work done to it. It was supposed to be fixed by sept 17 and it was not ready. I was on vacation the last time I had texted or communicated with ****************** My skid steer is still in the shop and has not been fixed yet and has been in the shop over 8 weeks now. Parts are on back order and the dealership has had everything fixed but a fuel leak issue. I have not had my skid steer and when it is ready I will be going back to go fix the area that is not graded properly, free of charge.
