      Do NOT buy a custom order, laminate countertop from Lowes. The quality is very poor. It came with laminate not glued in many spots, a tacky glue on the laminate surface. 2 side strips delaminated in the first 2 weeks. A chip in the laminate. 2 mitered corners that were joined unevenly. 2 missing clamps under the countertop. Theres more problems, but you get the point. The Lowes employee that I ordered it with was bumbling through the process, was annoyed when I made a change. Not a fan! Theres 4 or 5 companies that you deal with, not just Lowes. That was an experience. The complaint process took more than 6 months. I talked with and emailed many different people, departments and companies. DO NOT buy this product from Lowes.

      I attempted to purchase a dishwasher through the Lowe's app in mid-September. My cc company flagged it as suspicious and declined the transaction - not Lowe's fault - but the purchase continued to show as pending in their system. A week or so later, I went into the store and purchased the dishwasher. The employee assured me that the original purchase was removed from their system. Well, that was BS. What ensued from here was such a mess of a combination of incompetence, flawed internal systems, and poor communication that more than a month later, I am still in awe. The first dishwasher we had installed did not work. The installer said it was due possibly to water getting into the control panel and shorting the system. We waited nearly 3 weeks for a replacement, partially because of confusion and miscommunication between Lowe's store employees and installers regarding that original purchase I was told had been removed but wasn't.The second dishwasher also did not work. The installer said it was due to the same issue. I asked him to take both dishwashers and that I'd request a refund. He was a nice guy, BUT he left without replacing the pressure cap on the hot water connection. I got a crash course in plumbing and spent the night calling and driving back and forth troubleshooting and buying parts. The installer did return the next morning on his own time to replace it, but he neglected to inform me that when a virgin disposal gets connected to a dishwasher for the first time, an internal seal on the disposal is necessarily and permanently broken. So I had a nice flood under the sink after washing dishes - and had a plumber come out to break the news to me.Though he was personable and kind, the installer clearly needs more training - but the install customer service team was actually pretty good. However, with the exception of the *** and a floor employee, the store employees with whom I spoke on the phone were unprofessional, indifferent, and incompetent.

      Ever since ****** took over and has tried to turn Lowe's into his previous employer *********** Lowe's customer service and delivery has gone to s*** I tried for 3 hours today to cancel a delivery for tomorrow. I called the number only to get a robot call assist, when answering the questions it sends me to the store#*** with no luck there as well. I called so many times trying to cancel the delivery that the location closes and still never was able to cancel it. ******, your goal to be like ********** and your loyalty to share holders is destroying Lowe's, I hope you don't do the same thing to Lowe's as you did to ** ******* and other's that you have been employed by because to my knowledge some are no longer in business. Please go back to the original Lowe's ways, good customer service, good delivery and actually putting customer service as a priority. Thank you from an ex Lowe's customer and new ********** customer as of today.

      WARNING Do Not Purchase a Riding Mower from "Lowes" of Roanoke and purchase and extended **************** that LOWES uses will do all they can do to make your Life H*** to get out of scheduling the warranty repair they can Lie and say you were not cooperating and decline your repair. I made my first repair request one month ago. I have over 15 phone numbers that I have had to call including Lowes Corporate. Don't get me started on the call center going over seas to people that can not hardly speech English. The Staff in the store Lowes of Roanoke are doing a Fine Job, *********************. There hands are tied I have no complaints with the store at all. Its the Corporation LOWES That refuses to help me get my Lawn mower Fixed. I'm am Real close to stop giving LOWES money pay my card off and close the account forever.

      We are on our 3rd hybrid hot water heater in 4 years. And this one too just went out. All purchased from Lowe's but of course the defects are not Lowe's fault. What we did the last time around buying #3 is get the Lowe's extended PRO protection plan for the unit. The Lowe's associate we worked with assured us there would be no cost whatsoever to us if the unit went out again. Guess what ? When it did go out a few months back (compressor issues, just like the previous units), we are stuck with a unit that will be replaced by the manufacturer but all the labor to uninstall and reinstall has to be covered out of our own pocket. So much for "you will receive a new unit at no cost whatsoever to you". The Lowe's warranty was a total waste and only kicks in when the original manufacturer warranty expires. In this case 10 years but the unit gave up after 18 months.... Looks like all Lowe's associates are not aware of this and Lowes has refused to accept any responsibility.We will be switching to a gas unit, no more hybrid. And the unit will be purchased somewhere else.

      Lowe's is the WORST "home improvement" company that has ever existed. They are the classic multi BILLION dollar corporation that preys on and takes advantage of the consumer. Had a very small condo kitchen "remodeled" by Lowes. Purchased new appliances, cabinets, counter tops, molding etc through them. Sat in one of their locations for 8 1/2 hours going over all the details at the beginning of April 2024. Lowe's sent people over to the condo to do measurements and confirm items. Everything was paid for (as per Lowe's policy) and we were instructed the project would start on April 11th and should be completed within 2 weeks. Upon hearing this information from Lowes, we promptly had the old kitchen demolished in preparation for Lowes to install the brand kitchen items. IT TOOK 6 MONTHS FOR THEM TO COMPLETE A KITCHEN IN A CONDO. It was supposed to be completed before May and it got completed in September. Every single ounce of "information" Lowe's provided my family was an absolute lie. We had nothing but failure, upon failure, upon failure for 6 months. Multiple items arriving damaged, items arriving broken, missing pieces, missing hardware, incorrectly measured cabinets, items arriving whenever they wanted (they would just show up at our home with little or incorrect notice). Their customer service is horrendous. No one knows anything and they DO NOT CARE. They don't care that thousands and thousands extra was spent due to their continued negligence and failures and will only "reimburse you on what THEY think is fair" even though you provide literal bank/credit card statements and physical receipts of all the additional money spent. They're a horrendous company that basically preys on the middle/lower class and lines their pockets. I'm incredibly shocked there hasn't been a class action lawsuit against them or a ******** investigation from the ***. Maybe it's time to get that ball rolling on this despicable company that chooses profit over people. SHAME ON YOU!!!

      Purchased a dishwasher back in 2021 with the 3 year warranty. This year, the dishwasher is in need of a repair due to 2 codes that come up (they were/are aware of these codes but refuse to recall them) had the repair done in January of this year. Warranty expired on September 7, 2024. Just last week the same 2 codes come up again. I call them because even though I know the warranty is expired, they should be fixing it again since they attempted to fix it once. Nope, they refuse. They will not even allow me to purchase another warranty because the dishwasher is in need of a repair. They do not care that it is something that they tried fixing once. All they care about is $$$. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

      Defective item will not be picked up by lowes. Item was purchase in store, and its heavy to be loaded back into a truck. This was a Vinity with sink and drawers. Item purchased on October 28th. Lowes at ************ in ****, **.

      Appliance *** was rude and not interested in selling items. I ordered GE washer and dryer to be delivered. Both showed up on date, Dryer was defective. Lowes told me new one delivery date Oct 25th had someone over 18 present. Called Lowes and now told it would be delivered Nov 1st. No notification, missed church because of this. Unacceptable, they didn't care, even when I said to pick up washer and give me money back. I will never shop at Lowes again.

      Absolutely horrible experience that seems to be never ending. Our home owners insurance provided us with a gift card to Lowes to replace our washer. Lowes first took months to deliver - then the new machine arrived full of dents. Upon replacement, we noticed the outsourced delivery company pushed the machine out of the truck roughly - so of course it was damaged and again needed to be replaced. To top it off, they told us we would have to place a new order and we would be refunded once the damaged product was received back. I requested this money go to our account - not a gift card - since the original gift card was to purchase a washer and we were not forced to do so out of pocket. They assured us it would be. That was a lie. We were issued a gift card and had to fight for reimbursement. We never compensated. So we finally had had enough and just bit the bullet and made another purchase - a robotic vacuum. This product began malfunctioning almost immediately. When returned, we were then issued only in store credit. They have nothing in stock of interest and tried to convince us to purchase online out of pocket and they would reimburse. Will not fall for that again. Absolutely horrible customer service from the local store to the main distributing unit, to the delivery drivers, to the headquarters. I will never shop at Lowes again and will only be going to ********** from this point on. We have even switched home owners insurance to ensure we will not be issued credit at another Lowes.
