I placed an order online on their website Wingstop.com and after an hour the order was not delivered. Order status tracking shows that 3rd driver is waiting to pickup the order. When I called the store, the manager said that the DoorDash driver picked the order an hour ago and my food was stolen. Asked me to contact ********. Meanwhile the DoorDash driver texted that he is still waiting for the food. Moment later I see that the status changed to order canceled. I called the store again, the manager said that they are not responsible for the delivery and it was canceled by door dash. When I asked how ******** will refund my money since I placed and paid my order at Wingstop.com, I was told to file a complaint in the DoorDash app. When I pressed about my refund since I placed my order other website he said that they are busy with other orders at the moment and they will process my refund later and told me to wait 5-7 business days to get my refund.Initial Complaint

On April 14th 2023 I placed an order on little ceasars website who is through Doordash and I had a problem with my order so i tried to call the store but there's literally no way to contact them as their phone is out of service. my order was 2 hours late So I contacted doordash and they told me At first that they were going to refund me 15% of my order value For the delay for the first hour then going on the second hour was when they said they would Refund me back 25% of my order here we are going on may 6th 2023 Almost a month later and I have yet to receive any refund. I have contacted doordash customer support several times since this incident and again on may 4th 2023 and I was told that I would get a full refund of my order but. Upon checking my email after that call The email from the representative i spoke to said this...Ive issued a refund in the amount of 40% of the order value, to the original payment method. You should see the refund reflected in your bank statement within 10business days.The request for additional compensation has been escalated and will be reviewed.Your reference number associated with this contact is *********. All this for the trouble for having to wait almost a month just for a refund for one order Which only came out to be $17.22 just for 1 pizza that was $6.99 plus all of the taxes through door dash of course and tip. Every time I call doordash support They keep saying oh you should see The refund reflect on my account within 7 to 10 business days And then when it comes around nothing is there and I have to keep calling them back after those days pass. They said something about a backlog through little caesars and that there has been a delay with the refund process through the store But I believe that's just another excuse because that's all I keep getting.
