      Should've done my homework just a little more however standing on good business as small dealership should be important. Before I filled out any credit app I made it very clear that I do not want my credit ran thru a certain bank due to the fact that I had an ongoing legal situation with them. Just like that I get a notice in the mail stating that they ran my credit thru the same bank I told them not to. I called to see what happened and would you believe they put it as another bank used that bank to see if the app goes thru ? Now I got to see where that lawsuit stands and if it's a problem with it this dealership will be hearing from my Lawyer. Got all the text messages to prove it as well. Let's get into the car for a second. WARNING FOLKS! LOOK AT THE PAINT ON THE *** THESE ***S WOULD PROBABLY HAVE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. I got paint issues, no rear defroster, which in the summer and test driving it during the day wouldn't have noticed it, as well as my axels are busted which again I should've test drove it with the windows down in the 80 degree heat to hear it. Folks!!! Please please make sure you get someone to check these cars out before you buy them otherwise you get left holding the bag. Never again, they made me a firm believer on making sure I never do business with a small dealership again.

      I researched vehicles for some time, and found what I felt to be a perfect match at this business. Their website claims to allow pre purchase inspections of the vehicle in question, and I followed through with that with the business. After talking with them directly, they refused to transport the vehicle to any local inspection shop, even though they were less than 5 minutes away. I explained that I was ***** miles away, that I would pay for shipping, and that I would purchase the vehicle with a cash in hand purchase upon completion of said satisfactory inspection. I also offered to pay for any expense involved with transporting the vehicle these 5 minutes, whether it was an Uber ride back, or labor charges for an employee etc. I'm thinking that almost any dealership I've been at, they typically have some sort of lot person, or mechanic, etc available that's able to do tasks such as picking up parts, transporting vehicles, washing vehicles etc. The cost for said person is pretty inexpensive when you're considering the profit on numerous vehicles.If they are advertising via Carfax (national website) , it is my firm belief that they should be willing to provide an Avenue for such pre-buy inspections. If on the other hand, they only wish to provide service for local clients, they should not be using a national website.They did offer a "solution" of having me fly in to their dealer ship directly. I do not believe this is realistic. The unfortunate aspects of this entire transaction was that I was not able to purchase a vehicle, and they were not able to sell a vehicle. The second result is my level of trust for a dealership that does not allow a pre-buy inspection raises a lot of questions about the condition of the vehicle.I would ask that the website remove any mention of pre-buy inspections, as they are not actually being provided. The bottom line for me was it was a tremendous waste of time for both the dealership and myself, with no resolution available.
