We contacted ****** in search of a machine that would fit our specific needs. They sent us to Mac papers to purchase one of their machines and seek expert advice. This has been the absolute worse experince we have had with any equipment manufacturer out of the hundreds of thousands we have spent with other companies. For starters, their sales rep they assigned doesn't listen to a word you have to say. not only did they set us up with equipment that is unable to fit our needs - the sales rep continuously lied to us telling us he had equipment manufacturers lined up that would serve the needs to get the labels we would print from the machine he sold us converted into their final form for our label applicating equipment we currently had. All the manufacturers they sent are incompatible with the machine they sold me. The equipment he sold us DOES NOT serve the purpose we need it to. The sales rep completely IGNORED our question on how to operate the $30,000 machine they sold. Come to find out they sold us the complete wrong equipment for the function we need it to serve, which we have evidence was stated clearly in multiple emails & texts voicing our concerns. This printer & laminator has served us as a $40,000 paper weight because not a single one of their employees cares enough to answer question as to HOW TO USE THE MACHINE WE BOUGHT AND GET THE LABELS INTO THE FINAL FORM NEEDED. We called complaining about the poor service, inability to use a 40,000 equipment we bought, our sales rep completely ignoring our questions, ect and were told the sales director would give us a call. Fast forward 2 months & 5 calls later, NOTHING We then called demanding a refund since NOONE WILL HELP US - we received a call after 7pm that day to which we returned the call 10 other times and NEVER heard back. This is our FINAL attempt to seek a full refund for $40,000 worth of BRAND NEW UNUSED equipment we cant use.Our next step is taking this to court with our litigation attorneys.
