Leonard building *****. Charging $ ***** more last two months. They had renovations to their business and didn't send me my monthly notice for two months and my wife has cancer and were on tight monthly fixed **********. I tried to explain to customer service but they did not want to listen. I've been a customer for over 8 yrs already paid off one bldg and bought another one 3 yrs ago. I always paid on time, no missed pmts and they wouldn't acknowledge it. I'll never buy anything again from this pathetic run business.

Absolutely deplorable customer service riddled with lies. I ordered a building, which had to be built. I originally bought the building with their financing however I have never received my payment book or email from corporate. I will be paying the building in full by the end of this month. When I contacted corporate regarding purchasing a building I was told Leonard had just purchased Cooks buildings and they (Leonard) were working through the acquisition issues as well as prior employees destroying electronic files. I found out today the acquisition was two years ago. My original delivery was never scheduled. The driver contacted me that he was on his way with my building nor did he want to move my original building as was agreed to during purchase and put in writing. I was then told my delivery was going to be one of two days Leonard would pick to which I gave the ultimatum either my day or refund my money. My building has finally been delivered but not without undue delays. Buyer beware Leonard is NOT an upstanding company. Ive seen, through a microscope, single cell amoeba exist with more efficiency.Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories Response

I ordered a part for my truck bed topper and paid in full. I was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. This was 3 months ago. I have contacted the company several times and have had no response and have not received my part that i paid for.Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories Response

STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY . THEY ARE DID NOT PAY FOR THEIR LOADS DELIVERED TO THEM . PRIVATE TRUCK DRIVING COMPANIES DID THEIR WORK AND DELIVERED SUPPLIES TO THEM AND THEY STILL DID NOT GET PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS .Review from Brett M

I have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with Leonard. I have given them my business multiple times in both North Carolina and South Carolina. I will continue to be a repeat customer, especially as the one time I needed to contact their customer service center with a question, they jumped right on it and we solved the issue together. So far it's has been NOTHING but a disappointment with this company, When I went to start my building on 7-14-22 the sales rep didn't know how to use their own P.O.S and I was there for over a half hour before I got started on my ordering my building and I was the only one in the store and now it will be one day late on delivery because their driver just quit so they ONLY have one delivery driver for this company. I don't know how much Leonard paid for all those FAKE review's on their website. Delivery drive are allowed to show up whenever they wont to come to work and **** over the customer and make them wait all day on them to feel like coming to work. As delivery they should be there one hour before the store is open so they can get a early start on the day. I wish I NEVER went with this horribly company I WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone I know!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. This company only cares about your money not you as customer!! I'm paying also most $17,000 dollars for this unit. I have built roof Tresses for living this would have never been sent out looking like this. Every time I look at this Barn all I see disappointment and a waste of money.
