      I have ordered two swimsuits, one as a pre-order on April 6, 2024, and another one on June 8th 2024.I have not received either swimsuit.I requested a refund and was told that a refund was not possible.I have reached out multiple times and I have been sent "shipping updates" but no items have actually been shipped.I will continue to follow up with company, but I would discourage anyone from doing business with LAINSNOW.

      Our pre order policy is as follows: "PREORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT, YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL ONCE SHIPPED AND EXPECTED SHIP DATE IS ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE EMAIL. CHECK UNDER SHADE DESCRIPTION FOR ETA ON SHIPMENT. PREORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED OR REFUNDED EVEN IF THE DATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE." Our policy is stated on our website. We provide pre order shipping updates to customers via email as our manufacturer updates our team. We believe that this is the best way to communicate with our customers while these items are in production.

      Myself and two other families ordered a pre-order April 5th. Both have reached out on different occasions asking when swimsuits would arrive both received two different answers. I emailed July 7th and got no response. I posted July 26th on a comment on instagram that morning and later that night my comment got deleted. Still no response to email which I stated in comment. And no other form of reaching out. I sent a pm on instagram and got a short message back basically with no information needed with no show of concern. I replied back again that night and nothing. I reached out again on same message thread yesterday July 29th and still nothing. So again being ignored. So no I do not recommend lainsnow bc customer service is not what it should be. It seems she only cares about making money and not making sure her customers receive there items. I have had to take time out of my day a busy mom of 4 trying to get answers and being ignored is not what a good business owner should do. Both my daughters were looking forward to wearing there swim suits this summer and matching their friends and here we are about to enter August and school is starting back when these were ordered again April 5th. With the cost of these swimsuits and as fast as kids grow by the time they get here they are going to be almost grown out of it. I also have a screen of my comment on the instagram thread before she deleted and after she deleted to show she recognized a concern customer as well as screen shots where again I reached out and nothing from her end. I was not going to post for the public eye but I did state I would if nothing was done and I feel the public should know how she runs her business and how if this has happened to me how many other customers has this happened to.

      Hi- We have an automated response on our emails stating status of preorders. We also messaged this customer back that the suits were shipping in a week and that is all the info we had our end. She never messaged us directly on Instagram until after we deleted her comment. We also canceled and refunded her order within a few days of her messaging us directly. Preorders policy on site has always been store credit and No refunds.
